Today for some reason, i turn my computer on, and my aim seem to crash, it stop responding (it show a disconnected pop up and trying to reconnect for like 3ish minute thingy), i sign off, close down aim, and log back on, and all my buddy list name had disappear

If you guys are on my Buddy List (almost 90% is all FFXI buddies) please Aim me if you see me online, so i can add you back or PM me for your aim name

Thanks,
Vandoura

That happens sometimes, though usually the list and what not get reloaded from the aim servers after a while.
You just gotta sign off and back on.

Not sure if that's your exact problem, but all hope is not lost yet :-p

system restored it, log back on and off, still the same D:

I'll be your buddy anytime ;)

aim friends list are kept on server side, not client side, so im not sure why you'd ever lost your buddy list.

sometimes its "not available" and shows 0 friends, but if you exit and sign back in, usually fixes it.

Older versions of AIM didn't do that (like the archaic version I still have on my PC), though you could always save your buddy list for backup purposes on both older and newer versions of AIM.

Vandoura has friends?

i use a kind of old one too, and deadAIM. but if i log in with trillian, or gaim (both from different locations), it all pulls up the same.

*shrugss* :D
