There are many instances of people not paying attention to simple details...However, one that gets my goat is the common, "I am from Windhurst! And pround of it!"

Time to swallow the pride and pay attention.

It's Windurst.

There's a ton of stuff like this.

I understand and area like Sarutabaruta will forever be confused, but the more simple things are bothing me. I seriously think 50% of players think Windurst is called Windhurst.

Windhurstains unite! Abolish the H!!!
Or Sneakypants will sneak attack you in your mog house.
If that doesn't scare you straight, I don't know what will.
 
Spelling doesn't bother me that much....I'm a terrible speller! I spelt Prairie wrong in our Prarie Bears website...but frankly I'm not going to re-draw that damn logo again!
Heck our server's name is even spelt wrong!! It should be Quezacotl not Quetzalcoatl!
 
hehe Scary isn't it? I discovered this disturbing information when I was entering the "design a logo" contest....Had to re-do the damn thing! Where did all those extra letters come from?
 
Yeah no biggie, but the Windhurst one in particular bothers me.

It makes me twitch all funny like a serial killer.
Or is that cereal killah?
 
I usually just shorten the cities names and add a why at the end.. it doesnt work for Bastok though :P

Hmm.. I would have liked to edit "why" to Y.. but I cant edit my posts in thsi forum?? When did that start?
 
Yeah I noticed the lack of the edit button.
I have made some minor mistakes I'd like to revise too.

If this is a known feature that was implemented on pupose, I'd like to be the first to say it sucks.
 
You know what? I really did think it was called Windhurst..haha.. From now on, I am a new citizen of Windurst
 
If all I get to convert to the real way is you, Palum, then my efforts have not gone to waste.

What do u mean our server is spelt wrong? That is the correct spelling of
Quetzalcoatl (an Aztec? God)

Hehe, but usually i dont really care about spelling......:)
 
If they're going by their own Summons which It seems they are It's spelt Quezacotl in Final Fantasy 8.
 
Maybe it was spelled wrong it 8? ^^;;;

Then again, lots of the names have changed since previous FF's... In FFIV, Ifrit was Jinn, for instance.

Maybe this time around, they're correcting themselves.
 
I just find it really weird because he's only appeared in one game....oh well Square is awesome anyhoo =)
