Hm, today was the final meet for my AU static, missions 42 and 44. :O
One of our members had some RL issues, but we decided to press on to have it done before the New Year.
Anyway I scooped a replacement who in fact asked me to do 44 another day, and even offered to go back for 42, to no avail. (Moriarti.)
Our 5/6 from the LS and Mori proceeded to womp 42 and onto 44!
Turns out we got womped twice on the second form of the mega boss and just in time for Shmedly's Shmucks Assault static. ; ;
Asked who could come back around 11pm EST, we all said yessssssss. :O
So Shmed and I kicked some Assault ass, and came back to find one of our poor members asleep. 4 in the morning where he was at, so I don't blame him. XD I woulda passed out too.
Soooo I shouted and found a cool guy BLU saying he'd come along Devifoxx or something like that. :O We were 6/6 =D
Anyway after a small death with Sir Shmedly earlier in the first round with the BLU and an awkward one with myself on the 3rd form, we beat him and go bwahaha.
We're going to let the BLU tank the mega boss in his first form to keep on time, annnnnnd after his request for refresh and an MP heal, he red dots. ; ; Poor guy.
We decide not to wait and just let me flex and heal.
We go in there and womp that first form, and then just totally open a can of whoopass.
Around the end though, he caught us with that second round of his super-omg-fuck-your-day-up move. ;/
Wiped our RNG, BLM and I think WHM. o_o
Uncool.
Anyway we see the 5 minute warning and chip away at it...Clock down to 1 minute...moar death ; ;
I say fuck it and run in there balls in my hand and just unload with everything a PLD can with a sword and shield. :/

Anyway time counts down and after a wimpy EES from our RNG and a Drain for 37HP from our uber BLM, we won with less than 10 friggin seconds~! :O
I'm doing my CS'es now with a huge fucking smirk on my face, that we spanked the mega boss with 5/6 people with less than 10 seconds on the clock!
I'm stoked.
Now to get my silly ring and crown and such, then find a couple more people who might be willing to do 42 & 44 on a Sunday or two. /grin
