Is it true that when you get clear mind 3 at lvl 45 and clear mind 5 at lvl 70 that you refresh 2 mp and 3 mp per tick respectively while standing? I noticed that listed on the KT Summoner site (www.summoner.info) but nowhere else, so I'm kinda confused lol.
