Well... the function is there for a reason, just because a few don't WANT to use it.. doesn't seem right to punish the rest of us. Like if GMs made it so the word "Fuck" was permanently filtered, just because some people got harassed and wouldn't use Blacklist... Sure, it's not going to kill anyone, it's really a matter of unnecesarry punishment.

So just because its an inside joke to you and your friend doesnt mean its ironic? Btw, none of the avatars are pornographic in the least. If i didnt like your sig, i'd turn it off, and not bitch about it.

Then make a thread about Westyle boing cmdrfly (I still have the video i think). The dumb ass threads that aren't worth reading...I leave them alone and let the 3 people who care about it hash it out.

You guys have Ellemire syndrome, you post in topics just to post. (I don't think a shot cures that either)

I do it too from time to time, mostly because the mods have their heads stuck so far uptheir asses, they think they are cool for letting shit like that slide.

Lol, fair point, and point taken. I think it's just having some fun, but ah well. We're not quite Ellemire, at least we post interesting convos(somewhat) instead of WAHH WAHH MY BF DUMPED ME WAHHH MY LIFE SUCKS.

Honestly, have any of you looked at old FB threads? not the big ones, teh ones that fell off the face of the earth, Boobs were the FLAVOUR OF THE DAY, i mean holy shit, the boob derails were simply taking the place of other derails. no matter what, if the flame isn't A-grade material, the thread derails. if the thread runs out of subject matter worth discussing, the thread derails. Blame one small symptom for the disease? seems a little stupid to me.

Who gives a shit whose BF dumped them, I don't, and I skip that thread.

There is no mandate that says you have to post something in every thread that is opened.

Actually, its not so much an inside joke, as it was talked about in other posts located elsewhere on the board. Not that you know about that, just pointing out it wasnt an inside joke.

And also; I fully understand you can disable avatars and the like. I've been with QCDN for two years and a few months now; i've pretty much got the jist of the site down. I never said any of the avatars were pornographic. I just said I was anti-porno on the boards. Infact, I do believe I said I dont give two shits about the avatars. I'm just saying theyre unnessesary.

lol, my point is this. There is absolutly nothing wrong with the avatars you guys had/have up. There is nothing to be offended by. The avatars aren't gifs of people bangin away. Its just busty girls, with the good parts covered up.

They are unnessesary, but so is probably 80% of the content on these boards. Dont get me wrong, i dont advocate straight up porno as avatars, but i do think people are way over reacting about busty girls in avatars. Boobs are not the end of the world!

edit: sorry for the double post! im very passionate about boobs.

Hmm, sorry, I really do try to avoid fucking around in threads that don't blow ass, like this one... My posts were on-topic throughout the whole thing. I can't speak for everyone else who has a tendency to derail threads, though.

If you, or anyone else, is "very passionate" and wants to see nude pics of girls, guys, or whatever you're into, there are literally billions of other websites where you can go to find that. This website, this *forum*, is not one of those places.

The avatar situation got out of hand whether you were enjoying it or not. Yes, there are features on this board that allow you to disable pics/sigs/avatars, but that does not justify the fact of many borderline inappropriate avatars that have been popping up recently - on a video game forum no less.

If any avatar or signature for that matter is found offensive (by anyone), you will recieve a PM about it asking you to replace it with a more suitable image. Failure to comply will most likely result in a moderator doing it themselves.

I honestly don't see what the big fucking deal is about not having half-naked girls in avatar images. So what? Go to other forums for that shit, not here.
