When you suddenly change the rules to where several people are offenders you're going to get this type of reaction. The mods are making a highly irrational and hasty decision right now. Don't like it? Oh well.

It's not like people didn't have these types of avatars/signatures months ago, right? Oh, wait, several people did. A few select people post pornography on the flameboard and then you guys decide to overreact.
 
The problem I have with this "If you don't like it, GTFO" argument... is that a couple weeks ago, people had these things and no one cared. Now all of the sudden we're threatened with bannings, and being told to get the fuck out, just because you change your mind?

Also, that same argument can be said from BOTH sides of the argument.. "If you don't like my avatar, GTFO!" The only difference then is the moderators are put in a position to alienate a substantial amount of the population (just sampling, seeing as how there's been pretty even argument for AND against the avatars.).

I seriously want to know what is wrong with a girl with a NORMAL top on, showing some cleavage. You see that EVERY day EVERYWHERE you go. I think she's pretty, she's going in my avatar because I like look at her. For all you know, she COULD be my girlfriend, so it makes me happy to see her on my posts.

If it was against the rules back then, that doesn't change the fact that the images should not have been used.

Yes if the moderators didn't act on this back then, our mistake.

Point still remains, that non-safe work images were not allowed back when Sculli was around, and they aren't allowed now that Reeve is here. You can argue as much as you want that nothing wasn't done before, but unfortunately nothing can be done to go back in time, and change that. So now, you deal with the present, and the rule is being enforced.

I think people started caring because instead of one every so often, it got popular and you had to see them in every other person's avatar.

I can't remember what your new avatar looked like so I can't really give an opinion on that.^^

Well, really, Sanoske and Cmdr have had them for the longest... then I guess yours went up, and I got a bunch of people to get them, at that point it got a bit out of hand. lol. People getting nasty ass fake titties in their avatars. -_-

I have a feeling she was banned because it's close to questionable and the mods want to make sure that everyone is treated the same by the rule. I'm sure they don't want everyone screaming that you get to keep yours and theirs isn't that much worse and blah blah blah...

She's fully clothed, not even in a swimsuit, which I don't understand why THAT is a problem either. If that's a problem, we should ban the "I'M AN ATTENTION WHORE" girl too.

Or they can instate Avatar hiding in this forum. (Not sure if they have it already, haven't checked.)

It's not hard to do since most forums already have it.


EDIT: Oh look, there it is. Just unclick the button and you don't have to look at it. I go outside every day not wanting to breathe in the second hand smoke from the guy in front of me on the street, but I have no choice. At least here all you have to do is unclick a check mark.

They have it, but everyone would rather say "If you don't like our avatar policy, GTFO!" whereas I can just say.. "if you have a problem with my avatar, just hide it!" Amanda doesn't appreciate being turned into a FMA avatar, she's mad now. >=(
