You are not one to believe in the power of logic... Lets see... Been in a zone farming for almost a year now, a fucken year. Let that sink in for a moment... A year, 365 days, or 8760 hours minus the ocasional trip to unload cuttings. With the absoloute cheapest gear possibale. Plus the insults hurled about in chinese to farmers who kick his/her ass to claims.

I just don't use them. I hit just fine without them so why get them.
 
There are some cases where your crusade against false gilseller accusations are appropriate. This isn't one of them. Avgirl is a self admitted gilseller. Quit while you're ahead.
 
How the hell do you even begin to explain Avgirls activities?

Lets get the facts:
1. S/He/w.e is Chinese.
2. S/He has farmed Zi'ti for a year now solid.
3. S/He has an income that would impress most players.
4. S/He has NOTHING to show for said income. NOTHING. Let me repeat that, NOTHING.

But hey this is the said persons version of fun... Suuuuuuure. But hey there are no gil sellers. Its all just peoples imagination, as is www.ige.com www.tekgaming.com and god knows how many sites. Since there are no gil sellers as you seem to believe then hey those sites can not exist... But oh wait they do...

Give me ONE example of what this person has been doing for all this time that is not complete BS.
 
And you don't use snipers and you claim to have a good acc rate... Why do I not believe that? You must have alot of other impressive gear or are 70+. As a SAM I take snipers off (and I have retarded gear at that) I notice an immediate drop in my hit rate, but hey why not settle for mediocrity?

It's just common sense.

As Pompidou said, there are times when an accusation of gilseller doesn't have a lot of merit to it or is a simple misunderstanding. Avgirl is clearly not one of these people. By clearly, I mean 100% clearly.

Just give it up, it's well known Avgirl is a gilseller. Although a gilseller who's claim rate has developed slowly over time...

About the snipers. Dire isn't getting on your case for not having them, and I know this because I know him well. Some people simply don't have tons of gil. He's getting on your case because you went and claimed they're not worth it. It sounds a lot like you're making an excuse to not save for a pair or a sniper+venerer. Being poor without a large source of income happens...But denouncing the gear simply because you can not afford said gear is crap. That's an insult to the time and effort he put in for the gil to buy his own snipers.

And as far as you using snipers for an example. If you farmed 6-10 stacks of cuttings a day, imagine how much gil you'd have. Well well well WELL over 100 mil several times. We're probably talking about several hundred mil. And a person with several hundred mil would have poor gear because? And why would a rich person be spending their time farming, unless they're busy making more gil to sell? Would someone really pay 13$/month to farm tree cutting 24/7/365? Don't answer that question, just ask yourself.

There's a difference between being a good unfooled/well informed citizen and being an overprotective psycho soccer mom.

If he bought gil, well, he'd probably have a pair of Sniper's.

To be honest, gilsellers don't bother me all that much. Probably because little to none of the gilmaking activities I do require me to be anywhere near them, so I can see why others would get upset with their presence.
 
wow.. i mean just wow shannessy.. you are very niave.. I am not going to flame you but that is a straight fact. I will enlighten you to some situations. I have partied with AVgirl and she sucked as thief. back over a year ago. I taught here a few things about thief then she did OK. Then about 2 hours into the party she "suddenly" sucked again and coudnt get how to SATA at levle 52. and she "suddenly" didnt speak as much english. which means they are mutiple people controlling the account. Number 1 trait of gil-sellers.

The next day I talked to the same person I taught SATA to and she told me herself that thers 3-4 people who play it. Back then I was quite niave jsut like shaunnessy and said unless their proof they arent gilsellers and I took AVgirl and some otehr people in the party to do genkais and I took AVgirl to get her AF body in Castle Zvail Baileys. Yes I helped a gilseller and I am sorry guys..

Let me ask how old you are shaunnessy.. I'm am glad you give people the benefit of the doubt. but in this case.. common sense should have took over by now and you should see what she really is , iether that or you don't want to give up your argument becasue of pride. but pelase consider that if you keep arguing , especialy agaisnt all the common sense and traight patterns that are obviouse to a 12 year old, you just make yourself look even worst.. my advise dont respond to this thread anymore and prey people forget about it.

I mean, if you think about it on the flip side, we have more evidence that she is a gilseller (from personal experience), than you have that she's not a gilseller (from never meeting her).

Yeah I bought it a year ago for dirt cheap, along with the snipers and veneer that I had that were completely useless. I sold the Veneer to a LS mate for about 400k off the street price cause they really wanted one and one of the snipers for a ridiculous amount. On one mule I have about 20 mil just in gear that I don't even use because of level reqs or just because I don't like it. In parsed parties with 2 snipers I hit maybe 5% more but for 5-15 hp less than with 2 +3 STR rings. over time I figured out that Snipers aren't worth it to have with my other gear. Also, being a SAM, I do DMG and sometime will oull hate. Specially off of shitty NINs. -20 def sucks when you are fighting things that can 1/2 a PLDs life in one shot.

As for being a shitty WHM I will only allow you to say that if you partied with me and actually thought I was a shitty WHM. I love how people never say that I'm a shitty WHM in game after partying with them and even invite me back to more parties but then in boards know that I'm shitty. I would like to find out where this info comes from. Must be that ethernet hub trick where you all can see who is on the other end and watch them play.

As for gil sellers, because of all you winy pindicks that were involved in some kind of MPK war between who ever on all servers the game is now pussified. Fucking dissapearing mobs. What the hell is that about? I have never met a person in the game that I looked at their gear and said you need this or that, or they are this or that because of what they do. What with all of the camping Vang claims to be able to do how do you know he isn't a gil seller? What of Dowzer and who the hell ever the other person is he camps with. Couple of thief's knifes. That can get you pretty nice amount of gil. Maybe they sold it too. My sister does the same thing as this Avgirl. Cetp she uses NIN intead of THF. is she a gils seller? No. But she's on forever, farming the same areas. So don't be so quick to presume, or assume, things about people is what I say. Or maybe all of you need to quit buying gil so the sellers will go away. Sculli even said that the gil seller adds on this site made him money.......hmm. I know it wasn't me that bought the gil.....Maybe this is where Passions linked from to get thier high levels?
 
SAM gear = Royal knight +2, hume custom gloves, republic greaves or winged boots +1(depending on how I feel), republic cruisses, emporer hairpin, spike necklass, beetle earings +1, Pruissance rings, Nomad mantle, What ever the +1 bow is or a speed bow depending on what one I feel like pulling off my mule, and what ever arrows I have laying around.

Well it works for me. I still hit the mob and gain TP for WSs. Sorry that I don't fit the mold of uber player, then again I was never triing to be that.
