Back to Good Ol' FFXI.

I had no problem sending a well thought out PM, obviously you do.

It also contained more arguable points than you have made. (In your favor)

Agreed. Thanks for the PM Dowzer. Hope my response kinda clarified my position on this.

But yeah, an $8000 dollar emergency surgery REALLY was totally my fault because I don't manage my money better.

That really sucks, sorry that you had surgery. You didn't have medical insurance? Most if not all of that should have been covered if you did, and since you implied you had a job, would make sense you had insurance.

Not trying to flame, just curious.

If people who were my friend were mad at me for selling and decided not to welcome me back I would accept that entirely, for that is a concequence of my decision

Thank god some of us are mature enough to realize that the person exceeds the character.

Thank you too, that was much easier than cramming the thread with arguements. We have our differences and it's nice we can come to an understanding about them. Props'-'v

No problems being curious :) I had just started my job at the local sheriff's department, and insurance kicked in about two weeks prior to surgery. Thats why I went to the doctor (the medical problem at first hit me without coverage and I'm still paying that debt off, so I don't go the doctor until I'm insured now adays). But some insurance companies will not cover a prior exsisting medical problem. So they paid for my testing and doctor visit, but the hospital fees and doctor who did the surgery, as well as hospital stay, were not paid for as I had this problem for three years prior.

Aww I see. That totally sucks. Anyways, hopefully things are good now. :)

The reason is no excuse for selling. For those that don't agree with it I apologize, as I did to even people who were ok with it and were my friends. I'm not saying "accept me becuase I had just cause" I merely wanted to let my old friends know I was back, as I never really quit, just stopped logging on. I am not forcing my opinion onto anyone. I appreciate those who argue in my defense, when it boils down to it yes I did something that a few people of qcdn do no agree with. I take offense only because it was meant to be a nice thread just stating I had a different name, and I don't see the cause for the argumentative behavior or the justification of not just sending me a PM or making a mental note to yourself you don't like me because I did something you don't agree with and avoid me in game.

No hard feelings, I have plenty of people happy to see me, and they far outweight the few that are displeased by the selling of an account no matter what the reason. Which I can understand. Gotta stick to your beliefs, maybe you could just find a better way to go about doing so rather than how you do.

Where do you live where $500 takes care of rent? (Even for short term, how about the other months with no characters to sell).

Cheapest apartments around here are $700-$1,200 a month.

Trust me I have sympathy for you, I'm caught with a $340,000 medical bill and I understand when things in rl goes to crap...

I'm just curious.

There's apartments out where I live that can go for $200 a night if you don't mind living in a shit hole. I pay under $400 for rent, but then I have a roommate, which does lower the cost.

No, not a boob job, it was my mother, she had heart and liver surgery last year and was hospitalized for 5 months. We did not have medical insurance for her because my company only covers my dependants. Of course I don't want my parents working when I can take care of them.

But yeah I can see $500/month now. I've never had the chance to experience "roomatism"... splitting rent and such.

But yeah wb K.

The joys in living in a small farm community in Missouri = a fairly nice place for $475.00 monthly, and since I was out of work for one month, it got me on track to avoid eviction and a tank of gas.

Though I just moved to California X_X And I can entirely understand if you live here how you would not get the 500 a month thing. lol

Yes that is true, California is a very expensive place. Especially San Diego and the Coronado area. I lived in San Diego for a year, and although I want to go back desperately, I won't have the money to live there for a while :P. Glad to see things are going well for you again, and take it easy.
