Just so you all know ZM16 is a fucking easy fight. I spent the whole thing dead and we still won.

Our group went in and got wtfowned by him the first time we tried. Too much dmg in too short a period of time, mages came into range to Cure us and got owned by his AoEs.
Control the fight, ensure mages are out of range before each AoE checkpoint (66%, 33%, 1% I think) and it's easier than finding the "any" key on a keyboard.
