Most of you probably either have never met me, or simply don't remember me since I have withered away into nothingness.

Well, I have been playing Final Fantasy since the first October after the NA release and it has been fun. I haven't been able to get on since September due to real life stuff, and I have finally decided that I am just going to give up on the game altogether.

In the 4 years I have played, I have met many people and made many new friends. I also met some people I wish I had never gotten to know, but that is beside the point.

I tried logging in today just to find out that my content ID has been cancelled for whatever reason (I believe it's because my parents cancelled their old credit card and a got new one). Upon getting absolutely no help from the GMs on the PoL Help line, I exited the screen, stared at my computer for a few minutes, and said to Hell with it.

I am kind of bummed that I won't be able to experience the Scholar and Dancer jobs, but now I don't have to worry about getting on anymore. In the years I have played, I only managed to get Bard to 75. I slacked off on all my other jobs, and just tried to have some fun with the game as opposed to being a robot and just shooting straight toward 75.

Keep on trucking guys. You are an amazing bunch of people who just have a love for this game. I tip my hat to you all.

Knowing my history of quitting though... I'll prolly be back. <_< I really hope not though. I'm kind of irritated, however, that the GMs were absolutely useless, and I can't reactivate my ID for whatever reason even though I have a credit card right here.

that's weird. I always could fix things without a GM when my CC expired. I think you gotta wait a day or two for the registration servers to be up before you can input the info though.

It's been a week and a half since the card was cancelled since it was stolen, or so says my dad. I have no idea though. I'll maybe try one more time tomorrow for old time's sake.

Can you don armor and weapons that give beneficial status effects and go out and slay a dragon with a party of assorted warriors and warlocks? No sir you cannot!

I guess I should say RL and video games each have their respective kinds of fun, because RL has drugs. ...but then again, drugs aren't really real life either, they're kind of like a video game, they take you somewhere else, to a different reality. So yeah, alternate realites are much more fun than the one we're given.
