I agree completly with your flame. I have had three straight ballista matches with JAPs that sucked and I mean sucked! Not that that means anything, but the NA people were killing them because they wanted to be heros and solo. We lost of course because we got scattered because everyone wanted to be a hero. I hate seeing poeple call for help and never give so much as a <pos> as if it matteres because your running and by the time you get to where they said they were they are like 3 squares away again :? I admit however that I am one of those people that asks for help but I really hate it when I ask for help and run past a fellow team member not doing anything and then just watch me run past and don't bother helping. I also hate how everytime I summon an avatar it gets hits with like 3 Sleep spells at once! I think Avatars should have an enhanced Sleep resistence, technicaly they are walking/floating spells themselves and thus should have a better resistence to spells than players do. even BST jug pets should have enhanced spell resistences. And don't try to play that "You would wish they didn't have a resistences if it was you trying to Sleep it." card because I'd laugh if an avatar or pet of any sort resisted a Sleep spell. Thats my rant lol.

ok so you're complaining about not being able to find people on your side if they don't alliance...
in ballista you get a widescan to solve this problem it shows everyone on your side.
one problem solved, however it's still better to make alliance so people can see your hp drop when you're in trouble.
next everyone seems to be complaining about JPs running up and getting themselves killed
but I see many more NA players doing that than JP and I do a lot of ballistas,
50 cap with drg and uncapped with blm... got a whole lvl on drg through ballista :shock: .
now for my complaints about ballista I'm tired of taking out 90% of somones health and
somone else getting gate breach instead of me. Also I'm tired of people thinking they're bad ass and
laughing when they kill me when I start the fight with like 100 hp. if you want to see how good you are try me at full health
oh and on a side note sorry to say it but smn just sucks in ballista... astral flow can be fun once in a while but
when I see a smn I save penta thrust because it'll go to waste... not enough hp.
bst on the other hand can be very good they can heal pets with pet food to wake them up.

absolutely in ballista SMN's are so easily killed >_> and Bst do very well and so do Drgs lol
well in most ballistas smn die easy, but i have known anout 2 or 3 smns who didnt die that easily, which is y [Fenrir] rocks lol :lol:

It's nice to know you all have such faith in the SMN job it's no wonder we have such crappy respect in the first place. I've killed 2 melees at once before in Ballista. As a matter of fact I've killed quite a bit of people in Ballista as SMN I even one shotted a BLM Mithra with Double Punch and killed a WHM by letting Ifrit follow him around even with people trying to attack him. Astral Flow is NOT fun wanna know why? Either my Summon becomes Slept and can't do crap or I hit JudgementBolt/Diamond Dust/ect. and they run for dear life. The point was to kill them not make them run away. I used Thunderspark on 3 people at once, killing one and paralyzing the oher 2 which in turn killed them. When I play Ballista 60's I have free Carby so I make it chase the mages around...until it gets freakin Slept :| So, as you can see, SMN's are not as useless as you seem to be putting us down for. On a side note, I don't even have Fenrir yet. I just think that all pets should have enhanced Sleep resistence. That even includes Dragoon's Dragons which are rarely used anyway, but still it is a pet nontheless.

Gate Breaches from what I've seen. If you've done any damage to the person or spells (dia, paralyze, bind, etc), and the person goes down, you'll get a gate breach.

Many times I have PL'ed Udu, many times have I teleported him.
I remember when I tried to PL Udu's BRD.
He was killing like an even match sapling (which took him 15 minutes to do so), but in the end he only earned 15 EXP because he was in a party
But I continued to PL him for like the next 30 minutes, so i have no idea why he would, even if he didnt like me, to say it to almost the entire quetzalcoatl population
I dont understand it, I free teleport so many people, and put such and effort into being nice (which is the way i started to play the game)
but theres just that many assholes you cant please
maybe thats the reason i'm shouting in jeuno?
if you're gunna tell someone u dont like them, say it to their face, not to nearly the entire quetzalcoatl population, and before they've PLed and teleported u for countless times
