Okay i just got my licence, and my earring. Now, i'm trying to get to level 30 ballista but how come my earring only activates sometimes? it used to be when i loged on, and that was it, but now its everytime i enter a city. Whats up with that? and what are the areas for level 30 balista anyway? thanks

If your read what the earring does when you picked it up, you would see it said it will activate when you enter cities usually. There are no set areas for lvl 30 ballista. All three areas get cycled through all the lvls. They do a lvl 30 at each, then increase by 10 lvls (eg: lvl 40 at all three next). This goes on until it goes from 60 to uncapped, then back to 30.
