That sucks huge Reau.

I've been doing the Hume, Elvann and Galka a lot recently and the Elvaan has yet to drop the belt for us. Hume is always the easiest and has the highest drop rate, then the Galka, who's fight is almost easier than the Hume.

I've never attempted the Mithra or Taru, but if they're anywhere near the excitement of the Elvaan than I think I'll pass.

That might just be the truest thing I've heard all day XD

In all honesty, though, I'd forego an awful lot of gear options if they'd just give us flying tigers that shoot frikkin laser beams from their eyes.

Is that really so much to ask? :P

Never ever ever ever ever attempt the taru one.

A bunch of friends and I decided we wanted to be brave souls and attempt the tarutaru. So after going 6/8 on belts so far. We decided to use my friend Germ's hate to pop the taru. there were 14 of us, so more than enough. We thought standing on opposite sides of the corridor would help the situation... Boy were we wrong. We had a nin whm and a thief attacking the taru next to the door, while the rest of us were sneaked by the fomors waiting for him to 2hr Astral flow.

Well the smn first off, has a nasty aoe that rips through all the Ninjas shadows immediately. once we realized that we had that under control.

He then proceeded to draw fenrir out at 50%... MIND YOU we are probably 2-3 clicks away... we could barely see fenrir. He proceeded to ass rape us w/ astral flow... wiping everyone but gladdy... only cuz gladdy had like 1k in HP. LOL lesson learned...

I'm actually 1/13, and have a friend who was 1/16 before getting his. Over all of the belt runs I have done, I have come to hate the hume and grown to love the mithra. If you can just pop the mithra because the mithra puts out.

It's very streaky. I think it's highly dependent on the moon phase as well. We went 0/6 on one moon phase, and then went back and went 7/7 on another moon phase. Unfortunately I forgot which moon phase that was ; ;
