I know, weird thread, since it's a nintendo 64 game.

Anyway, this got released on the XBLA about 6? days ago, I picked it up as it was one of my favorite games.

I'm really impressed at how well they did upscaling the textures and such from the original version. They made the transition to HD very well with this one.

Also very impressed that they were able to completely re-engineer and work stop 'n swop from the first game into this one, a feature that was never working on N64.

Anyone else playing this on the arcade? Pretty big nostalgia rush for me, I love the banjo series.

Well you already know that I'm playing it, but man, I'm having a blast with it. The upgraded textures, lack of frame rate slowdowns, and upgraded content are all fan-tastic too. I'm pretty satisfied where I spent my $15.

What's the added content?

Nothing completely new, really, but on the N64, both games had an unimplemented feature called "Stop 'n Swop"

They apparently put it in both of the ones on the XBLA, I'm not sure what it does yet, though.

Mostly its just an all around gameplay improvement.
