yeah so on monday im departing for Air Force basic training.... i can't wait im excited yet at the same time very close to shittin my self because its such a large change in my life

Basic training is one big game, it really means nothing, dont take anything personal, just do what your told and you will have no problems, dont be an ass and talk back to the TI's cuz they will just smack you back down.

Basic sucks, but it'll be over before you know it. Just don't give a TI cause to break his foot off in your ass.

Goes for any branch in Basic. It's attributed that way to teach your average joe how to pay attention to detail, a necessary task for all people in all branches.

If he knew he was going in the military, I can only hope he took the time to get back in shape if he let himself get out of it. I saw too many people in my basic days back in the Navy that couldn't run a lap without crying... it was truly saddening.
