Read-Only is between me and the affected user (and the mod team). If the user wishes to make it public then that's their call. Personally I believe that it's none of someone elses business what someone will get in trouble for. I imagine very few GMs will tell you what some other user was suspended for if you were to ask the GM about it. There is reason and rationale to it, but I would suggest to make a new thread in the QCDN Support & Feedback section if you want to discuss it further, as we are really getting off-topic here.

Want to tell him why you put him on Read Only then? According to Blazn he doesn't know why he was put on it.

I recycled Cleofis post to not let it go further OT. I did PM Cleofis to tell him that blazn was indeed informed as to what happened.
