OK Yall this is bugging me. Why is it that the best nation in all of Vana'Deil is coming in last ALL THE FREAKIN TIME.....

I say this to you my fellow Bastokans! DO NOT LEAVE THE CITY WITHOUT SIGNET!!!!! The pride of our nation is on the line and i want to see Bastok return to the old days of glory wher Bastok was always 1st.

Pick up you WEapons and fight for the glory of Bastok! Trade in your old low level gear to outpost not under our control. Rank 10s of Bastok I place a heavy burden on you, GET A SIGNET STAFF. And ask your fellow Bastokan party members if they have signet.. IF they dont.. Then give it to them.

We Shall overcome this period of half-assery and shall emerge victorious on the feild of conquest!

Claud. We're last because if we were in first, our CP items wouldn't work.

There's no denying that Bastok can dominate the world regions if it wanted to. Heck, on Quetz, Bastok was the first nation to have controlled every outpost atleast once at some point.

But if you're like me, most Bastokans already took advantage of that and snagged all outpost warps. So it's all good. Let Windurstians and San d'Orians have their fun. We can just sit back and watch. It's kinda funny.

If you think about, being Last is more of a bonus. We get to use all those "++++ Outside of Controlled Area" items. ^_^

Yeah, all of the best CP items require to be outside of our nations control.

Just getting signet won't work, since most of the higher level people are hanging out in the expansion area and getting sanction, which overwrites signet. Maybe in a couple weeks when the excitement about the expansion dies down. Another option would be to organize a bunch of expedionary forces, I'd be intereted in joining if you do. I'd like to get another aketon.

I agree, im frustrated with our inability to get that first place. only reason why im rank 8 and not 10 is there isn't a need to, but as soon as that happens(when? Maybe if we have this discussion 2,000 more times someone might give a crap.

There are benefits to being in 1st, and there are benefits to being in 3rd.

There is situational equipment that benefits you when you are outside your nations conquest as well as the opposite. Just take advantage of your situation.

LAST, is just third, and just a stigma.
If LAST bothers you, switch to Windy and keep your signet on.


Being in 3rd, your signet lasts longer, so I'm not sure what the deal for Bastok is...Personally, I just get signet and never give conquest a second thought.

I'd love to defect to Bastok and get the Comrade Gold Medal, but Bastok's never, ever in first so it feels like it'd actually be a wasted effort.
