Anyone else see the season premiere?

Been waiting over a year for this, so pumped. Just wondering like everyone who the last cylon is.

Any guesses on the last Cylon? I want it to be Baltar, but think its gonna be Starbuck.
 
It will be Felix Gaeta. Mark my words!!!
 
I started watching it at my parents' house, but the rain started coming down hard and fucked up the satellite signal. I have to wait until I get home to watch it on the DVR. /sigh. Still, the little bit I saw looked great.
 
I was sitting stunned on my couch when Tigh offed Adama in the first 5 minutes.

I'm kinda thinking the 12th might be Bill or Lee Adama. In the first season, one of the cylons(the one in love with starbuck) implicated one of them, but that could have just been a lie to make Roselin not trust both of them. But even with all of that, it'd be a hell of a twist to have one of them be a Cylon and it would actually make a bit of sense given who the other four are.

The other four were all in positions of power at one point. Tigh is second in command of the military, one is the president's aide, another is the chief of the deck on galactica, and the last was one of the leaders of the resistance along with Tigh and the Chief. That's probably reading too much into it, but it's a decent enough theory.
 
My prediction? They will find earth and Hillary Clinton is the last Cylon. BSG will arrive just in time to send delegates to the convo and tip the scales in the race against Obama.

All kidding aside, I thought it was a good episode. I admit to be luke-warm to the series thus far, only continuing to watch it because of my love for the original as a kid. However, this ep made me glad I've stuck it out and hopeful for this season. Roslyn is the last Cylon. Only Cabinent member to escape. Miraculously cured of cancer....
 
I hate To Be Contiued... grrr. ;-; It was nice finally seeing the new season though.

MAYBE The 12th will be the President herself. Can't wait for Friday!

On top of what Alanon said, I completely agree. When it comes to situations like this, I always pick the person who's the most suspicious of those who look to be the logical choice (at this point in time). She's the one who hasn't welcomed Starbuck back with open arms. She's the one left in our minds who's about to be off'd by Starbuck, who I think is some sort of savior figure that will lead the human's to the promised land. Ms. Prez is there to delay this task while being on the bottom of the suspect list.

P.S. On the upside, I'm kinda happy for Tigh that he's a Cylon. He can now dl himself into a new body and get his eyeball back.
 
Can he? There needs to be a base station with a resurrection chamber near (relative) otherwise cylons die for real. I would assume the original "skin jobs" would have knowledge of the final 5 identity if that were the case.

I was just kidding coz I felt sorry for him losing an eye. Being that he is a Cylon, that means he has the capability to dl himself if the chance arises yeah? :wink: I think they all know who the final 5 are and just attribute their programming as the mechanism which suppresses that knowledge until the appropriate time comes.
 
For some reason I'm thinkin' the last one's gonna be Laura Roslin. Just this weird feeling.

Couldn't be the president because she has cancer. But who knows... I really want it to be Baltar, for his own sanity. But it could be Starbuck, she survived and explosion in deep space...

Wow, after 42:58 of Galactica goodness I feel this show is back on track. Even after all the mess ups they did on the previous season.

I only wish Kara would pull that trigger...
 
LMAO after watching the second episode of season 4 all I have to say is: The only people left in Baltar's Secks List are Rosslin, Adama and Gaeta. XD

lol yeah. I was like wtf is up with this dude??? Every f'n woman/thing he gives the seckstare at jumps in the sack with him. He's not even that inventive with the positions he uses since it's been the typical: doggy, missionary, and cowgirl. Ok so he had a 3-some on the Baystar but still.... it's got to be the Sex Panther cologne he wears.

Is it me or are things getting all kinds of jacked up now.... everything seems to have a dark aura about it with situations that don't seem to be going a happy joy joy way.

I missed Fridays episode but there is certainly a darkness to this season so far. Humans and Cylons will end up being their own worst enemy.
