BB Gun Mania Knows No Bounds

Good OP. A shame things turned out that way.
Competition at NMs is ok, but when it turns out to be a something that causes so much grief it rips the fun right out of it.

Ah parn. Got my RL friend to join this server, her first week he invited her to her first linkshell - where he was the leader - and was buttering her up with his "im a 22 yr old surgeon, if you're ever sick let me know!" routine (actual quote). When she told me I got her a good LS and tried to erase the memories for her.

Class act.

Normally, I don't read the flame board anymore. The only thing I do on QCDN now is maintain my Smash Bros. thread in the Nintendo Talk forum... Last time I logged in was when they launched DNC AF, so I got it all in one shot.

I would've overlooked this post if I weren't linked here by a certain Elvaan Female I know.

Parn, Parn, Parn...

You silly silly boy.

If it makes you guys feel any better, as a consolation, I beat the crap out of him in Smash Bros. Brawl.

And since I have a TV Tuner, next time I Brawl him, I will record it and post it on YouTube.

Oh, lame. He told my friend he was leaving, must've been just emo mode or something.

Did he have a balance breakfest of...

I dunno about in the states, but I don't think one can be a surgeon at 22. 6 years of medical school kinda puts you over 22 by the time one gets to practising as non specialised doctor....

Should at least put some research into his bluff..... XD

In the US you need 4 years of undergrad and 4 years of med school. Most people are just entering med school at about 22. Then once you finish med school, you have to do residencies in your chosen specialization, the length of which varies depending on what you pick. General surgical residency is usually about 3-4 years (I think, maybe even longer), so you're looking at an average age of 30 before someone can actually be called a surgeon. Unless of course you're Doogie Howser.

Laaaappppp daannnccceee.

For clarification, 6 years of medical school is where I am, not sure how many years in the states.

Oh yeah. Huge bluff. I decided to be polite and not call him on it... But he was creepy. Said he practiced at one of the huge hospitals in the Bronx o.O

Congrats on the med school, by the way. ^-^

So its been a few days, Parn never replied to this thread (for shame) and I have yet to see him online since my warp out of Mordion Gaol.

Anyone know if he picked up and left for good?

Not to rehash....

...but one suspected server-transferee was spotted last night after a nearly year-long absence.

Hay guyz I found Soulstar, and he was wearing a Yinyang Robe.

Pics to come tonight when I get home.
