BCNM 40 question

I've just hit 40 with my blm and planning for the expensive levels to come (elemental staves, ancient magic, etc. etc.) I was wondering if there are any BCNMs that are "blm-friendly" and that have decent drops.

From what I've heard so far (and some guides I've read), BCNM 40 is mostly the bard's domain, which is why I thought I'd ask here.

I've done steamed sprouts several times. Need a bard for this one as well...but great to have a blm nuking.
 
done both, if you do worms turn with 4 blm 1 rng, 1 whm i figure you'll be done in about 3 minutes a round. all in all the fastest gil ever aquired.
 
I suggest for worms 3 blms 2 rngs 1 WHM its alot faster with 2 rangers.
 
Worms are super easy. Did it with 2 RNG, 2 BLM, 1 WHM, 1 THF/RNG (me). Didn't die once. Soooo easy. And yes... I did good as a THF/RNG. Did a little under the rangers damage but I had a level 20 gun since the higher guns weren't on AH.

They advise to come with RNG, DRK and whatever. I've done it with WAR/NIN and THF/NIN friends and it was a cakewalk.

Drop rate of Erase or Utsusemi:NI ~1/3 run.
 
{hmmm} ... hey Farys, we've done six BCNM "royal jelly" runs last night together and ... YOU DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE I WAS WAR/MNK !!! shame on you ;)

I must confirm, this BCNM is insanely easy. 6/6 for a first try, without using any 2hour, without any special food and without any stress. The drops are pretty random though (and generally crappy when its not your day ... but one erase drop makes your day, so ...).

Note : I recommend WAR/MNK against WAR/NIN for these runs, GA help to break the insane DEF of the jellys, counters really help dealing more damage and Utsusemi really have a too long casting time to be useful.
