We had a WAR/SAM, a WHM/RDM, and a RDM/WHM (me). My enfeebling magic is capped, I had several MND-boosting pieces of equipment on, and I'm a Taru... Silence cast after Silence cast, it just won't stick on the bugger. His resistance to that spell is HUGE, and it will not work. T_T
Your best bet, from what I've heard, is to get a BLM to Sleep him, then Aspir the everliving daylights out of him until his MP is gone, and he can't Cure III himself, at which point you go and beat the squish out of him.
