Which of the BCNM's are the ones that you can go solo and hope to pick the right treasure or die when you pick the wrong one?

Im kinda giving up hope on ever finding a PT that not only has a Bard that knows what he/she is doing but also a group that will share loot properly and all contribute orbs to the outing.

No, if you solo this bcnm on a blm, you'll be dead before you get off a Manafont. Maybe as a rdm/blm you can chainspell -> warp/escape, but you'll still get ripped apart by the Mimic really quick (hit my whm for 438...)

To anyone thinking this solo-BCNM is a good idea, it's really not ^^;; I wasted 90 seals, sad to say...died once, other two times the drops were crap, once totalled 30k other 14k.

*edit* Went on my thf. Didn't mind risking xp loss and class was high enough to avoid agro cept from the mobs right at the BCNM zone.
 
What, exactly, is the deal with this BCNM? You just go in and, like, pick what's behind door number 3, or something?

Could you go in with NIN and just use the 2-hour if you get a mimic?
 
lol yea I suppose you could do that Chouzan...

And I think Manafont woudl work... eat fishkabob, activate it before you choose the chest and if you get mimic, hit Warp... get hit once maybe.
 
I have found it! The easiest BCNM ever. Its a 3 person level 40 in Palborough Mines. Its 8 slimes that make a slow but steady push towards the center of a circle. All you need is a Blm or Rdm with high enfeeb skill to bind one over and over so it cant move towards the middle. Then you get two other people to kill the rest and finish off the one being bound. It took us about 6 minutes and we didnt run any risk of losing....AT ALL! It was so ridiculously easy and its only 3 person. You need only a Blm or Rdm for this to work. Just about any other class will do after that. Have fun guys! Btw it drops Erase and Utsu as well so you are going to get the same profits pretty much. Lata
