He wouldn't be facing federal indictment if this was some hokie mother fucker, because it never would of gone past the local police stage of the investigation. The feds probed further to find commerce laws were broken, and that is what he plead guilty to. Don't think any animal cruelty laws were plead to.

Um, I argued our bannings because they were for reportedly the same thing, but they were different times, I have no clue what thread you actually got banned for.

But again, you're a moron, and the majority of the community thinks you are. I think it's hilarious you thought that phrase meant asshole, that thread just got so much better
