Very Tough pc.
I did the Benchmark 3 a few weeks ago. maybe a couple months.. don't remember..
however .. machine specs.
running Windows XP pro on:
-- Soyo KT600 Dragon Ultra board. with embedded 5.1 sound and 10/100/1000 lan.
-- 1 gig of Crucial 400mhz 3200 RAM
-- AMD 3200+ ... stopped overclocking a while back.. fast enough for me.
-- 256mb ddr3 eVGA Nvidia 6800 Ultra 8x AGP video.
-- dual SATA Seagate HDD's.. one 80 and one 120 gig.
600 watt power supply, and about 8 fans..
Home built if you haven't guessed.. other specs are Sony 16x DVD-Rom reader and Sony dual layer DVD burner, Super floppy drive, Altec Lansing 5.1 speakers, and Microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse combo..
generic gamepad and sidewinder joystick... need a new monitor, donations accepted..
however I don't think I did the test right.. I chose the wrong option and reading lately I need to do the low res test?
I've had this machine for 3 years upgrading as I go.. rebuilt the whole thing about 6 months ago. also had forced antialiasing and anisotropic filtering turned on and keep the video card's software pushing it to the max... probably do better on the benchmark test if I turn all that to default. <ignore next post>
