My friend Mobeus has been trying to camp Kreutzet for his Sirocco Kukri for the longest time, and this weekend, we pretty much spent all our time there getting the ToD.

He was out there in Cape Terrigan till 2:30 am last night and he was there waiting to get claim exactly 9 hours later, at 11:30 this morning, and I joined him at about 3:30 this afternoon b/c he needed some healing magic.

At about 7:30 this afternoon, the freakin wind weather finally pops and Mob was afk. I missed claim so I'm sending all the calls I can. The first group that claimed it started going down, and there was like 4-5 of them, but I don't think they had a healer. After a couple other groups claimed him, and failed to kill him, he's down to about 25% health, and there's just me, Mob, and Bender, a 75WAR/NIN who vokes it before I can get to it.

He hits it a couple times and his shadows get interupted and he's about to die. RIGHT before he does, he CFH and I start getting hate since I got a flash in on him but it wasn't enough to claim him. I zone my hate and come back to see the NM despawn.

I dunno bout you, but to me that's a pretty shitty thing to do. Just b/c you can't have it, doesn't mean you should ruin it for everyone. What a dick.
 
I told him to CFH on it, since I knew he was gonna die.

But oh well, it's only a 9-12hr pop.
 
Yeah.. only a 9-12 hour NM with no guarantee of it spawning that's annoying as fuck and capable of not popping for hours after it's window.

you weren't going to recover, why ruin someone elses legitimate chance?

well that was an asshole thing for that person to do. Even if rannoch told him to do it, doesn't mean he had to be an asshole as well and actually CFH...

I shoulda listened to Mob when he told me not to raise you after the NM despawned. If I wouldn't know how big of a dipshit you are, I wouldn't have, but I decided to be nice.
