lol, I managed to get one thunder III on a crawler in Al'Zahbi and got it killed. Earned about 105 exp and 120 imperial standing points, so that made me happy to get over 200 pts for another mythril piece.

I agree, will be more fun with a lot less people.
 
If your paying attention to anything else Mamool Ja Savages are building up rather quickly! Hopefully it will be a better fight than the last one. And the Undead swarm is at 90! That one will happen most likely tonight!

I dunno how fast it goes up, but I kno that after the trolls were defeated it was halved, so they started at 50 not 0.

Pretty much. There was so much lag that once the cutscene ends and everyone loads back, most people don't get to see the mobs. I got off two Thunder IIIs and an Aero III before it was over. Only saw bones and ghosts. The lamias were dead by the time they loaded for me, so I only got to see the death animations.
 
I hit two mobs, and got hit twice. other than that I couldn't see a thing.

I already realize you don't lose XP, SE already mentioned that, and that it was for high levels, which they mentioned after it was meant to give new things to do for those who aren't at a level75 job.

Lol, they probably lied so they can draw in new players, probably losing business.

Chances are if you aren't 60+ ANYTHING in the near east will eat you. Sad but true, 75 folks could take on beseiged mobs solo I think, all it means is 60+ folks need some strategy, form a pt/alliance with some friends and THEN do beseiged.

Seriously. try being lvl 50 or so, and stepping outside without invis/sneak, try fighting something out in the woodlands. If the Imps don't get you, I am sure the Chigoe will.

So having high end mobs attack the town is not only Logical and realistic (why would you send anything other than your best and brightest to an enemy stronghold?) but also makes sence. ToAU is geared towards higher level folks. This has been stated many-a-time. and I doubt it is gonna change.
 
I already know that. My point was that SE first lied about it being made so people who don't exactly have a very high level job have more things to do in-game. Then later on when it gets closer to the release date, they reveal the lie saying all this new stuff is for high level players. A lie to draw in more players, real business tactic, lol. I was saying if they really did want to make it for people who aren't very high level, like they lied about, they could have put a level cap, or a limit as to how many people could defend in Besieged.

I, myself, don't really care that much, though Neyla tried to point out the opposite and tried using to make herself feel better than me. I haven't spent more than a minute in Al Zahbi ever since I got the expansion when it was released.

Yeah, and SE gave low lvl guys more things to do in-game: Level the new jobs. Thats what was made for lowbies, and everyone already knew this. Hell, you can even do Assault at lvl 50. Idk wtf more you were expecting, but most people already knew this would be what it would be for you guys.
