Besieged Sabotage coming?

I'm almost sure no other server is undefeated now

Zerg strategy.....it always works real good until you have a squad of Firebats show up.

Next thing you know, you have a nuke being dropped behind your hatchery. DAMN YOU HACKERS.

>< i jus realized i coulda let everyone know they could fight the mobs outside the gate to trim down thier forces during that triple beseiged. Just have brd reraisega right before everyone zergs a mob at once then rinse and repeat at the very least

Even though SE allowed the reward to be counted on someone doing this, theres still the death penalty, as far as I know :/ So it still seems largely unappealing.

Yeah that is true... I figured at least a few of em might be killable by lv 75 groups fast enough if they bounced hate.
This is mostly cause the trolls take damage from my sneak attacks (in the one in a million chance they hit proper)as if theyre a 3-5 levels above my exp mobs so in theory at 73-75 they might each be exp difficuly. They have huge hp diamondhide and tons of helpers but in theory by 75 one could use a human wave dynamis tactic of take everyone, make em use an /assist macro and slguhter em in seconds before you get in serious trouble.
or at the very least have some rng pick em off before zoning out before they die with barrage and sidewinder then zone spam.
UNtil we comeup with a way around the death or SE makes anyone that engages a beseiged mob outside al zahbi not lose exp ther probably wont be many options though.

Maybe general assasinations or having several thf flee pull the main guy as far away as possible then get r3ed?

The dynamis method of having one person call out who they're fighting and people /assist has been going on since the fights stopped takine less than 5 minutes to finish. If people wouldn't just resort to "attack whatever" and if people under level 50-60 would stop leeching, some kind of strategy might actually begin to develop; but for right now the only people who actually use strategy are the friends/linkshell members who team up for the purpose of winning, not just getting the 700 IS. The fact that for the last few weeks every general but zazarg was killed and captured in EVERY besieged just shows how little strategy is actually being used. Sheer numbers are meaningless unless you can actually use them, and so far we haven't been.

Nope, I went out to take a look during the first Besieged cos I was thinking exactly that. No mobs to be seen anywhere.

No...their out there. The mobs actually physically walk from their zone to ours. Which is why its always a good idea to stay out of their way when their advancing and its just you, by yourself, out there.

Mobs are outside before they attack

And as I found out yesterday, do not respond well to provoking.

*Provoke, mob turns red stands still for 3 seconds*
/calls for help *Mob turns yellow many people draw their weapons*
*mob turns yellow again and immediately belines it to the zone ignoring us*

Happened for EVERY mob we tried to provoke/cast on/or otherwise annoy outside of Al Zhabi.

I was physically outside of Al Zahbi looking for them as well.......... and I did not see any Besieged mobs at all. Unless they have a resting place where they wait to storm Al Zahbi?

Were you in the right zone? lol

"Menu" > "Region Info" > "Besieged" > Al Zahbi

It'll say something like:
Attack enemy base
Intercept enemy
Defend Al Zahbi

On the bases, they are either:
1. Preparing (Pre-150)
2. Advancing (150 & pre-Be sieged)
3. Attacking (Besieged)

You see a crap load of them outside of Al Zahbi when the mission orders are to intercept the enemy, which in this case, is them advancing. They physically march to the zone like good zombie AI soldiers, whom now have god damn god-like powers, because SE sucks all. And here, you can technically prevent Besieged from happening.

Yep, and during the Triple Besieged after Maintenance, all 3 were listed as attacking.... so I wonder where the other 2 armies hide in the meantime :D

Maybe they wait in the Whitegate Coffee Shop...

They do run though the zone on their way to the Beseiged though. Scared the hell out of me the first time they ran through my Woodlands BST camp...

They need to compound on to Interception. Add a spell effect obtainable through the same NPCs that give you sanction, that only becomes available during beastmen advancement, that allows you to attack the advancing beastmen without fear of death penalty. But while under the effect, unable to obtain experience points from monsters.

Thats all thats required to get people to intercept, and it's pretty simple =/

The reward exists, now give people the main reason to leave Al Zhabi to do it.

Ive not seen the beastmen numbers above or below 99 for a really long time. It could be freak luck or it could be the glitch that fucked us all after the emergency matinence starting again and there gonna be another triple beseiged after the next matinence when it's "fixed".
