What he's saying is that his friend did Flare+Howling Moon which is impossible since Howling Moon is a 2hr which drains all your mana is is Smn main only. Additionally 20k is impossible to do. Highest damage record I've seen is Thundaga III burst on Lightningday with a Thunder Staff for 1943 dmg. Flare will do about 1200 dmg on a burst , and might be able with the right gear to hit 1500-1600 or so on a burst. ES+Flare did 883 in dynamis-sandy last night on the NM that charms you lol.
