Sorry to : Vala, Dragod, Alex(sommthingorother), Josh, Whoeverelse.

Trying....

Sorry

Pathetic how you can't fucking DC anymore, people won't believe you, even though you post here right when it happens.

DC'ing now cannot happen, ppl automatically assume you forced it.

Live in Brazil and see if you can live without DC's.......

So yeah, to all of you who don't believe it was a normal DC, i don't give a fuck.

I know the feeling. I use comcrap and that DCs you atleast once a day. Sometimes you hit the jackpot though and DC every hour on the hour.
I have Comcast, and my last disconnection was literally last year. More than your ISP, stability depends on the area in which you live, the competency of the people maintaining your local connectivity, and the condition of the wiring around you.

Also, if you're going through a hardware firewall, or are on a wireless network, this will put your disconnect rate up as well.

As to why nobody believes in an honest disconnection anymore, it's because the practice of intentional disconnects is so rampantly abused that it has become nigh on socially acceptable. People don't want to deal with telling a party they want out, so they do the rough equivalent of intentionally stepping into a trapdoor.

I'd estimate the rate of honest disconnections to intentional disconnections as somewhere in the 1/3 - 1/4 realm. Kudos to Dejan, however, on trying his best to make his situation known.

I live literally down the street from one of the main PGH hubs. When I lag out of FFXI though it is straight across the board, PCs and PS2s lag out together. All the wiring is new in my area and FFXI is the only game that I play that has so many connectivity problems. Every once in a while BF2 will lag out, but FFIX is guaranteed to lag everyday at some point.
