My mother got married right out of highschool (18) and was pregnant with me at 19. Is she a whore? I think not.
 
Thats assinine... so if your in a monogamous relationship at 18 and have a child with your husband, your a whore... whatever floats your boat man, but im not sure alot of people will agree with you on this one.

BigDadddy ONLY reason you are disagreeing with this is because it involves someone in your family and you don't want to reflect on them negatively. Simple as that. But I'm sure 98% of people out there will agree that having a kid at 18 (female) will make you a whore. In parallel with males, if you have a kid at 18, you're also a whore.

Please take no harsh feelings from me, I try to pass none right now. But what do you think your grandparents thought of your mom when they heard that she was pregnant at 19? I bet they were thinking the same thing... "whore". Maybe not with that word - I believe it's pretty recent since it's been introduced into our vocabulary, and it involves someone in the family but something to that point.

Sirelrohir let's say your daughter, I'm not implying real life or anything just theoretical view, went out and got screwed at age 16, 17, and had a kid at age 18. I'm positive that makes her a whore, slut, or whatever word you want to infer to it.

I'm sure every female at the age of 18 who has a kid or have had a kid would not refer to themselves as a whore just because it's them. On contrary every female slightly older than that without a kid, would most likely see it as this side.
 
Well i would disagree on the fact that 40+ years ago 50% of people got married a lot sooner. Simple fact. Its not the same now a days though it still happens its not as common. My definition of a whore is someone that has multiple sexual partners. I will use my parents again as an example. My mother was married for a year then became pregnant. According to your statement a married person that has sex with thier spouse is a whore. (only because of thier age) That makes no sense to me.

Yes, I know average trend marriege age is younger today.

I can see why you wouldn't imply to your mom as a whore then, since you see the word differently. I respect that.

But in other words could you say she was sex-hungry? I mean seriously marraige at age 18... being doubful was in a mature stage of her career, that's kinda early don't you think?

Wrong...geeze you're an idiot. I wasn't a mother until 27...a virgin until age 21...course I DID have pre-marital sex though *gasp* so I suppose I'm a whore by your standards also...or maybe the fact that I didn't have children until I was older saves me from that title.

I think anyone at that age is sex-hungry. Isn't everyone? I know at that age all i thought about was sex. I would think that anyone at age 18 would be that way. Anyways you can call Blinxxx anything you want. Her and Bigdaddy are the first people i knew in this game. Thanks to the typo of me creating my in-game name and them being total asses to me in the first hour of me playing this game is why i am to this day known as BigdaDDDy.

Ok let's not sway of the main point of this just as Blinxx and Bigdaddy did with my original flame. Do not take my flames out of context please. I refered to Blinxx as a whore because she had a kid at age 18. And I beleive all females who have a kid at age 18 makes them a whore. But that's only according to my definition of the word, the word whore is more of a feeling I guess people use to describe the subject I'm mentioning.

And sorry if I caused you any trouble with my flames to BigDaddy.
 
Not to state if she is or is not a whore... I'll simply say-

I know some whores who don't have kids at all.
I know some not-at-all whores who had them at a young age.

Though I do thing if you are a whore, the 2nd will be more likely, it's a reversal of cause and effect. The whoring makes the kid, the kid doesn't make the whore.

If you read my posts you would see I clearly said having sex at any young age makes you a whore.
 
I agree with Kiere. Back in the days of old most females didnt dream about being a lawyer, or whatever. They dreamed of being married and having a family. Even when i was in college there were the people there that we said were there for thier "MRS" degree. They were just in college to find a husband. We even talked about it in class. It was interesting 60% of the women in my class said they werent in college for a degree they were here to find an intelligent husband. Im not saying all women are like that but there are people who's dreams are of family and choose to persue that as soon as possible... even at 18.

Hmm, I never took that into consideration of how older people thought back then. I guess what i was saying is me refering to my genereation. I am 20. I see why you and K would think I'm out of my mind :roll:
 
hehe it's done though, can't be changed.. atleast you learned from it ^^ that's an important thing. And this whole thread seem to went to hell O.o Frankly it's all a matter of opinion. If I had it my way I'd be happily married to my love right now but parents and school keep that from us for now. People find their one and only at different times and people choose to have kids at different times (thought some don't always choose) and people save themselves for certain people and others just try to have a good time... of coarse one person will think badly of another person if they oppose in ideas about something they find so serious. should try and get back on topic but this whole situation between you four (Vang, Prince, Bigdaddy, Blinxx) is immature and not one of you are coming off as mature to me. I have no hate or disrespect for any of you, but you need to atleast try and be somewhat civil if you wanna try and make your point across and draw intelligent supporters that will do you good (and no.. I don't think I am one..-_-)
