bio III

I was wondering is drk's bio II stronger then a blm or is it just the same, and can a drk's bio get stronger then a blm's?

Second does blm get more dark magic then drk? whats the most can the get? and I still dont get the concept that SE gave rdm bio III over drk.

Edit: I've gotten my drk magic up to a 320 max so far w/o HQ relic.

haste is 20 or 24% that means the slow we can produce is or equals more than spider web which of course is powerful and overwrites slow.

Actually, whether Haste or Slow effects will overwrite each other is based purely on which two abilities are causing the two effects. The actual percent hasted or slowed doesn't make a difference in determining this, it's always the same for the same two effects.

Actually, whether it overwrites or not is determined by how strong the previous spell is.. Take for example Protect IV onces it is casted on someone and you try to cast Protect II it will have no effect, why ? because IV is obviously stronger. Same idea with Haste, anyone that fights Aht Urgan Attercops will tell you their Spider Web(Slow), in facts its much stronger then Haste spell, which is why it will overwrite it. but you cannot reverse it by casting Haste simply because the % on its slow is greater then the Haste Spell. Likewise I cast Slow II on Greater Colibri it reflects back to me I cast haste to remove it and D: It has no effect why ? Because Slow II > Haste (spell), the question is how strong is Slow II?

I could easily imagine that Para II proc rate is similar to the proc rate of Thunderspark, the damage is resisted but the side effect of paralyze is rarely resisted I havent had a single resist of its effect since I first used it.

I plan to have at least all of the spells since there is new items coming out and there may become a need for them.

sorry to derail your thread btw hellstorm.
i dont mine this kinda information i was looking for anyway raw stats of how much stats would be if you upgraded further

Actually, courtney is right. You're right, to an extent.

However, try casting Slow I on something. Even if you reach the 50% cap, a simple Haste will replace it, even though the slow is stronger then the haste effect. Haste can't overwrite Slow II though, because Slow II is a higher "tier", even though the slow effect is pretty much the same as that of slow.

kinda wondered why blms or drks didnt get it I mean our dark skill is just kinda meh.

But what Nifal was saying was in essence what I was trying to infer but doesnt matter how you spin it, it still confuses me @_@...

edit: I think I get it now for a long time I understood the overwriting effects based soley on the raw numbers

ie

Haste is 24% while spider slow is greater in % so it would be overwritten regardless even when recasting haste over spider web. I figured tier II would work the same way.

The point is that even if you found a spider who's slow was gimped, at say, 2%, it would still overwrite haste because it is a higher tier.
