Bioshock

I only got this game recently and I love it. But something is bugging me. The level in which you go to ryans office, there are 3 listed little sisters in that level. However, only 2 are appearing for me which I got. For some reason the 3rd won't appear like it's supposed to when the bigdaddy comes knocking. I got the sister in the core, the one by that sciece guy who makes the bomb, and the other is supposed to appear in the heat control area as I read...Except that it doesn't.

Trying to remedy the problem I tried going back to the other bigdaddy locations with no success. And I tried this both before and after overloading the core. Did anyone else have this problem or possibly knows my problem?
 
If i am thinking right there is a spoiler involved in this answer. I will try to check tho. If the spoiler is not involved here ill tell ya what i know.
 
I tried reloading saves in the level, exiting and reentering. Those didn't work yet it showed I was missing a sister, and I tried all the different BD spots in varying orders.

Eventually I tried reloading a save from before the core level, which was for fort level with that crazy artist guy. I beat that level quickly and did what I needed to do. Then I moved onto the core level again I was having trouble on and this time all the sisters appeared, yet I did nothing differently. So it seems I just had a glitch.

I looked for a glitch like that as part of my problem solving and never say anyone mention it, so I wasn't expecting that, but at least it's fixed and I'm not complaining.

By the way, since I did a mini necro with this thread. I have to say this is an awsome awsome game. It's very rare I get so drawn in to games like this nowadays. I've heard people say it's short...I have to say that's both true and false. If you know exactly what to do and where to go then yes. But on my first play through, trying to accomplish the achievements, get all the research, plasmids, weapon upgrade machines (that one in the mall was cool and creepy to find) and recorders, I find myself exploring every single corner, wall, room. Normally that would feel very drawn out to me since I normally like steamrolling games. But the little things don't feel like a chore to me in this game.
