I didn't like it the first time I played the demo, and then I went back for the hell of it.

And once I understood the game well... I really had a lot of fun. I ended up playing it four hours straight and getting highly addicted. I have to say, if you give it more of a chance than I did originally, you might fall in love with this demo too. Definitely going to be picking it up now.

I had the same thoughts too. Although I had it back using the Japanese demo. The only gripe I have is that the game ends up being quite repetitive after sometime. Get a team, go whack a boss, get the place, and hope you don't get runned over. However, one other thing I like that takes out the boredom of repetitive is the ability to customize your character like a RPG which is definitely a plus.

I would say it's a recommended game, but would it be a must have? No.

I enjoyed it much :D the idea of a Dynasty Warrior's game but you actually need help from other guys to win, can't go in as one guy and wtfpwn thousands :P

I thought the game was a really interesting mix of Kessen and Dynasty Warriors. I thought it was really dull at first, because i didn't really understand, but my second play through it was also alot more fun. I thought the book skill increasing idea was really awesome. You get to choose what you want to level up for your unit.

i didnt like it at all ._.

I liked it a lot. I of course chose to fight as England cause ... ya know ... fuck the French. I like the idea of commanding the smaller legions and rushing in, but also the fact you needed the help of others and not being able to do it on your own. I'm a big fan of the Spear infantry, as they are very kick ass.

I played the 360 demo, I enjoyed it. It does seem like the game can get repetitive after awhile though. I'll probably just give it a rental instead of a purchase, the story doesn't seem very intriguing & I can't see much replay value. Although I was interested in seeing some more unit types, especially magic users.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this is based on the real Hundred Years War lol No magic there...

It's Koei, isn't Dynasty Warriors & Samurai Warriors based on China/Japan history, LOL. Actually, if you look on the list of units, you can see magic users as a type, but I don't know what spells they actually use.

Wouldn't know. Never played Dynasty or Samurai Warriors and don't plan on it since I hear they are all pretty much the same game.

They are fun though :P get repetitive, true, but they are fun

This was pretty fun. Played the 360 demo and it was decent. The whole time i just wanted to run in though and just focus on one guy or attack solo. Well to be more accurate, i just wanted to through in warriors orochi and play that instead. Fun, but not better than DW/SW imo.

DW/SW get really boring to me.. I like the idea of moving with an army and an entire army.. shame you can't take command of more *shrugs* :P
