Sorry... Bleach is doing something Naruto hasn't done... yet...

Naruto have had fillers for over a year ~.~ They ruined the anime xD

Bleach is cool though

Ive lost faith in Naruto. That and Bleach is just a much better anime/manga, imo.

I'm so pumped for the new episodes. Been waiting so long. They better not screw anything up...

Seems like it's been 2 years... and the fillers weren't even that good. At least Bleach's filler was 1 arc... and the arc was pretty decent. I wonder what CN will do if they ever reach that point with Naruto. Will they skip all those fillers or show em? Naruto is already terrible in english... add in those 1-2 year long fillers and boom, off the air XD

I don't remember Naruto being any good as a series after the whole Chuunin Exam ordeal. Of course the Naruto vs. Sasuke skirmishes. But other than that, what else has there been to keep you watching the anime normally since then? Drunken Rock Lee was good the first time it happened.. then it sorta became cliche when they used it again.

it's been confirmed that the filler is ending on the 15th of febuary~

You know how many times I heard that Naruto was supposed to be back on track on 'X' episode or 'X' date? I won't believe any of that date stuff until i see it with my own eyes. Bleach, you actually saw that they were going back on track.

I sorta enjoyed this last arc, but I'm glad it's over. Time to get back to explaining the hollow/shinigami thing thats obviously comming. Ichigo's use of that side of himself has been rather.... pathetic thusfar. I think the bounto arc did a good job of covering the notion of "power" though, so it wont have to talked about forever in the new stuff. I've had enough of episodes completely full of dialog and flashbacks, and flashbacks within flashbacks.

PS: I hope Innoe gets some better cloths than sweats and a stupid T-shit this time. I mean, I would have gladly taken some naked episodes with her. I'm suprised they've managed to go 100+ episodes without using the played out obligitory hot spring/bath house episode. Thats really what characters like her are there for anyways.

First they said Naruto would be back to the story line by Summer 2006, then they said Winter 2006, then they said episode 200, then 203. Then they said January.

Yeah. I won't hold my breath.

I hate it T.T

Hmmm... I want to learn more about Ichigos Hollow Side of him. Hopefully the new episodes will reveal it O.o

the fillers are ending in just about a month, i think theres about 5 episodes left

I still think Naruto lost a lot of their fanbase based on the crappy Naruto Movie and then all those fillers...

The Infultrating Orochimaru's lair arc wasn't too bad. . .

But the Bikochuu one was dire.

Were any of those dates official? I've heard of a lot of speculation on forums but I don't know of any of them were officially stated by Naruto people or just people going off of episode titles and guessing.

The second part of the Japanese Naruto anime series, Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles, has been given an official air date from an official reliable source, the pages of Shonen Jump. According to the full page ad, a one hour special featuring the characters with their new appearances will be airing on February 15th, 2007. This episode will essentially be a sneak peak of what is to come shortly after the airing of this special. It is thought that this will finally bring about the end of some of the longest fillers in anime history, that have so far stretched 80 episodes since May 25th, 2005.

That is taken from narutofan.com and it says it was printed in Shonen Jump stating the new episodes release date.

I stopped watching the fillers a long time ago, but I keep up with the manga and I still like the series. I got kind of tired of Bleach though. I was keeping up with that manga until like last month.

Still.. almost 2 years... man... that's pretty bad... even dbz didn't do that, lol

The problem with that quote, is that they say we'll be getting a sneak peek of the new designs, it doesn't confirm the actual start of a new manga story arc. For all we know, they can do the 2 1/2 year gap thing, and then gives us a new filler arc with the new designs. They did add filler arcs in between events that should have been back to back (Sasuke's hospitalization that leads to him abandoning Konoha, should have been due to his encounter with Itachi, was changed to him fighting that villian with that lightning sword.)

So while we know in mid-February we'll finally get to see the design changes, who knows if we'll be seeing the Sasori-Deidara fight yet...

What kinda pisses me off is the fact that well, isnt the whole point of the 2 1/2 year time skip supposed to be so Naruto can learn from Jiyaria(sp)? I mean if he's just bouncing around in Konoha how are they going to explain it?

<Jiyaria> Come Naruto, we must train!
<Naruto> WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!
*2 weeks later*
<Jiyaria> aaaaaaaaaaand we're back! So much has changed?!
<Naruto> Yeah, who'd think I'd a) Hit puberty b) get an outfit change c) learn new jutsu AND have my own "you must never use this new ablity"ability all in a 2 week timespan! Its almost as if the writers of the show never went to school to learn things like pace, transition and cohesion! We're boned kids!
