Although I guess they could spread it out, or cut it off whenever. -108 just seems like a very odd number to start at, and why count down from -108 if they were going to cut it off at, say, 90?

They said it was going to last two months, so I assume it will end at -100.
 
Countdown to 0 = 2 years of this arc. Won't happen. My guess is they will go to 100, making skips and jumps along the way timewise.
 
Yeah, not even the crazy naruto filler was 108 episodes long. It was somewhere between 80 and 90 I believe. I too think it'll end around -100.
 
New chapter...that guy looked a bit like Kenpachi, and notice how 3 out of the ?? Arrancar might get killed.


Episode was cool, the tall giant guy seems crappy though

the guy with the headband looks similar to the arrancar ikkaku fought, but they aren't the same since arrancar =/= vizard similar but not the same like ichigo and ulquiorra
 
Well that fillers started on Anime they kinda Skipped Arracar Chapter ><
in to that future lol that was kinda unspected .. . . .
 
Ah and the Vaizard captains head off to this new threat, and Kensei has already made the transformation. There we go.

And fuck yes Tessai! I've been waiting to find out what he was. You don't pop out Kidou #99 like that and not be someone badass.
 
new chapter was awesome, especially with the vaizard form, I didn't expect it

maybe some sort of hollow that infects others and gives them the "vaizard gene" to make them into possible hollows?

but thinking of ichigo, that's probrably not true since he was wounded slightly by his first hollow.

Really interested in seeing how a vaizard forms has to be some sort of process or series of steps.

My bet is it's something gone wrong in the development of the Hogyouku. When Kisuke is going after Hyori he says "I didn't think it would come to this..."

I am curious how Aizen and Ichimaru will tie in to this though.

And I'm still praying that Kisuke will end up having Hollow powers. :drool:

Ah, I originally assumed it was just going to be a running gimmick for Shinsui's vice captains to look alike. But it could be her little sister, that would be a nice addition.
 
I doubt this had anything to do with the hogyoku. If anything this is probably what inspired him to design it in the first place.

I am definitely interested in what caused him to transform, though.

Quite possibly the most revealing information so far. Despite being such a minor character, it was incredibly odd that no explination was given as to how he knew of everything, and the ability to perform Kidou.
 
well it's a bit ambigous as well as to what the soul reapers are...the good souls from the ryoukongai that make it to soul society and become seated officers and eventually captains , intermingled with the possible and inferred second demigod race from the original members such as yamato.

then there's the king's guard

and it's ironic if they're all human except the king that they treat humans that enter the soul society as pests or ryoka

I completely missed the fact it was him...I just flicked through the pages again to see lol. It's coz he isn't wearing his normal clothes XD

I was pretty pumped when I saw him.

I've been waiting to see who he used to be since he popped out Kidou #99 in the Shattered Shaft.

I had to stare at him for a good minute before I figured out who he was.
