Bleach Manga Storyline discussion. (Contains spoilers)

Well, some of the stuff that happens in the Bount filler carries over to the canonical anime. Kon has the quincy cross stitched in the back of his plush head, as well as Ririn, Kuroudo and Noba being around.

None of the stuff that happened in the short filler arcs of Naruto or Bleach(120s-140s episodes) has carried over. I'm sure we'll likely see Sora sometime in Naruto though, maybe in another filler arc or just a happenstance meeting to slow the main story down slightly.

Yeah, that's why I always watch filler. You probably wont ever miss anything big but a lot of refrencin', especially in the comedy sector, is possible and done. Hell, I watched all of the Bleach filler simply to see how Ichigo and his crew would grow. You also learn a little more about how Kenpachi became a captain.

I also agree about Sora. For some reason I don't think he'll be just a small diversionary tool like, say, Sumaru or Ranmaru. I mean, he's got some Kyuubi chakra for cryin' out loud.

Don't get me wrong, I love the filler. I'm on 105 now, almost at 110. There's lots of character growth and it's just pretty interesting in general.

I figured they are made to create a gap in the manga and anime.
 
Well, looks like the last one or two episodes of Bleach Filler are coming up. And I think we might see Amagai pull off a Bankai next week.

I don't get his other "sword" if you'd call it that, it's like the Quincy thing where it uses spirit particles to form. His shikai was cool though. Do you really think they're going to finish this filler off though? I think if they do then they might make the Vizard flash back a little longer?
 
Well, in the omake, Gin said things'll be back soon, and the next episode previews has Ichigo in the same room with Lurichiyo and the old guy that kidnapped her.

I want to see how that old man fairs against ichigo, so far it just seems his ninjas have been doing all the work for him.
 
They need to hurry up and get goin' with the main dish. I love Bleach but it's just gettin' flat out borin'.

I actually don't mind this filler arc when comparing it with the Bounto. They just irritated me lol. This one has kept me quite entertained tbh.
 
I despised the Bount arc too. I don't hate this arc it's just, eh, a little borin'. A lot less fightin' and all that fun stuff.
 
yeah, it was alot of talking. What I want to see in the manga is, this new captain squaring off against Gin...I think that would be an awesome fight.
 
I really think Amagai is goin' to show he's a flat-out beast eventually. I mean hell, take out the last "a" in his name and he's named after a friggin' airplane. I also like how he's not like most of Soul Society. What I mean by that is he's not afraid to break orders to do what he feels is right. There has to be somethin' big in that, like a "new generation" type look on things, if you get what I mean. One of these days that damn ol' geezer runnin' the show is gonna wise up and realize Ichigo doesn't start shit, he does things out of good cause.

I really think it would be more fittin' for Kira to take down Gin. Would be cool to see him whip out a Bankai, which we don't know that he has or doesn't have, and spank him around.

Yeah, I think he helps out coz he doesn't know the Old guy too well, compared to Ukitake and Shunsui(sp?). They both were taught/trained by him if I remember correctly so even if they're against his wishes they'll still stick by him in respect for their teacher.


The thing with Kira, I really do hope he is stronger than what they've shown in this filler arc, his Zanpaktou has an awesome power, I don't see how a Bankai would work for him though.

Remember, they went against him in the Soul Society arc (the Rukia ordeal). They are also not sidin' with him right now. They've actually made it a point to slack off right now. So that puts them at having done nothin' and Big Bossman just issued new orders. Funny how that worked out.

Me either but it would be cool. Apparently the writer and his staff have actually been thinkin' of a Bankai for him but have never approved of them as of yet. So if the word is true, he's not out of the question to either achieve it or already have it and just never used it. That's all just rumored information though from various Scantlonist (I guess that's what you'd call them). It's also easy to consider that if he had a Bankai he'd have just used it to suffer less from Kifune. On the flip-side though, he could just be very, very confident in his initial release state. Who knows, it's just fun stuff to think on.
 
I don't know there seems to be a consistent rule in the anime as far as bleach and naruto goes, they don't use any sort of ability in filler they haven't learned before the main story arc took a break unless it's some trivial move they never use again.

As far as Kira's bankai goes it seems fairly obvious to me, something dealing with the control of weight/gravity or controlling objects with his sword and/or mind after he touches the object.

read the manga earlier this morning and I was impressed, Kira is kinda like Byakuya he tries to do only what is necessary to kill the enemy and isn't a showboat.

As far as the question of who is the warrior in the fight between the arrancar and Kira based on their values, who is?=P

Is it safeto say that Kira won? I mean it sure in hell looks like it? So many darn questions lol, but then i guess this way he get's more airtime later when fighting gin? I liked the chapter none the less
 
kira isn't exactly the warm type I'd say so 90% sure

Been in cahoots with Kumoi, the bad guy in the Kasumi-Ooji family, and he's confronting Genryuusai Yamamoto with Lurichiyo as his hostage.
 
Heh, we just thought it was almost over... I swear, they'll never find a suitable captain for the 3rd division at this rate...
