Bleh... new fads die fast. Back to FFXI

I'm sitting here playing WoW, suddenly feeling like I'm XP grinding again... well the enchantment of the world of warcraft has sorta dulled and I'm realizing how utterly stupid and repetitive these quests are... I don't even read the text of them anymore because they're basically just different spicy ways of doing the same goddamned thing over and over again. Only with a prettier atmosphere. Sure there's a lot of things WoW has over FFXI that I did like... but overall I'm feeling myself unchallenged and bored with WoW already... just not my cup of tea.

Anywho, I guess it's back to where I started. Though don't just assume WoW is a bad game, you might like it, but I sure as hell am turned off to it right now. There's a client download on the main page for the game you can get it yourself if you like, send me a PM and I'll let you use my account if you want to try it for yourself. Better do it quick though, free open beta only lasts so much longer. Ciao.

PS: If you do use it, don't use any of the already made characters. I'mma let my brother use those for the last week before public release.

Dark and Light is the only other MMO that I have any interest in.. but then again, I'm sure it can't surpass FFXI.

Yeah DnL looks hella sweet. I mean the whole idea of being able to take over castles and own your own country sounds pretty awesome. Plus the world is like 40km squared. Apparently that is like massive. I havent checked in on that in a while maybe i should.

What about MEO. That had a lot of hype for a while but it seems to have taken a back seat to the others coming out. Maybe cause its not due til next year sometime. Oh well, I must kill a god monster!
