Just curious how I stack up with the blists....

Keep in mind I haven't seen like half my list online for months, but my total number of people on blist is:

I'm at uhm 2....Maybe less :shock:
 
I only have 1. I put people on it, and then after I forget why I put them on it, I remove them.
 
I only have two people on my blacklist because they are the most annoying people I have ever met. They're nothign but trouble on three different occassions over a month. I haven't seen them for a couple of months and to be honest, I wouldn't care if I didn't see them for another year. I only temp blacklist people when they're crazy shouting. As soon as I leave the zone, I generally unblacklist them.
 
15 or so? Probably closer to 20? I don't even keep track anymore. The sad thing is, it usually takes something pretty bad to get on my blist (and stay on). Stuff like being a complete idiot, horrible player (post-40), annoying player (spamming shouts, carrying on 20 minute conversations in /say with just one other person in a high-traffic area). And my personal favorite...

The taxi services that spam every 15 seconds. Each and every single one of you are /blisted. I even had a run-in with one that I un-blisted due to partying with her, and re-added her after finding out how much of a "moody person" she is. What's the need to advertise a taxi service? Is your advertisement going to make people all of a sudden decide that they need a teleport or warp? Is it not more convenient for the person needing the tele to just shout for one, thereby minimizing the /shout spams? Does anyone ever specifically send a /tell to one of the taxi spammers? I never have. I do a /shout and I get an invite in 15 seconds... easy.

I have no problems with a /shout once every minute or so. I don't think it's necessary, but whatever. There's no need to spam it every 15-20 seconds though.

I just put people that are spamming chat on my bl and then they are removed when I am no longer around them.

Hmmm my first double post.
 
I've got a damn-lot on my list. I blist people for a lot of reasons. /sh is a big one. Also, nublets that don't put /p in their macros or have the decency to change their chatmode to party, thus spilling every last macro into /s. It's never simple Auto translate macros either. It's the people that write a damn novel for their spells. ie. "Drown, Drown Yagudo Acolyte" or "This wind won't lift your spirits AERO!" I'm always like Jesus, what are you doing? I guess I'm just a minimalist, and I prefer Macros to be very clean. If you're going to cure more than 10 times a fight, I don't need to see "Here, have some rations <t>" a billion times. And yes, all of these qoutes are actual macros from real players.

I also blist if people /em all the damn time. There was a whm once that /em kisses <t> every damn time she healed. It was fucking ridiculous. /blist

I also /blist if they're complete dicks. So I think I have ~50 people on my blist.
 
I'm still running at 0 people blacklisted. It's not as if I haven't been tempted, though. I just find tht there's no need for me to blacklist for 2 reasons:

1. When someone is bothering me or getting under my skin, I like to screw with them right back. Thus, if I b-list them, I can't hear them arguing back, taking all the fun out of my verbally abusing them ^^;; (example - Pandetech)

2. When I get into one of my few arguments, the opposing party usually b-lists me quickly, thus making my b-list of them fairly useless, since they aren't going to talk to me anyway. (example - Sevenofspades)

I have been yearning to add someone, though. I feel like I'm missing out on the whole b-list aspect of the game...
 
I had one person blisted because she was a real bitch, and if I could I would probably rip off her one good leg and beat her over the fucking head with it :p

If the puller screws up and gets us all killed or being a complete asshat won't get you on my blist, im sorta tolerate.

It's fun being rank 1 again and having all these ppl tell me to stfu about how I don't know anything. Then again, I don't have ppl begging me for help, loans, or join my HNMLS...heheheheh
