Blizzard did 1 thing smarter then FFXI with WoW

At first I hated the fact that the WoW patches were torrents.. but Now I see why it is so much better.. It's so much less of a hassle and puts a lot less stress on the server....(yes I haven't finished my ffxi patch yet, stfu!)

Also, I know because FFXI is for ps2 it'd be hard for them to get a torrent to work for it.. I was just saying that blizzard had the right idea... anyways...

They also start out nerfed classes and then work to buff them to meet other classes not vise....versa.....It sucks having something nice and powerful then to be reduced in any way...

I have 60 Horde Rogue
and a 60 Alliance Rogue

I liked alliance better, but that was only do to the fact that I knew more people and had better gear =)

I play alliance because I don't like messing with children. On the server I'm on now I can even tell you their bedtime. The game is much better when it's just the adults in the majority :p but finding a Horde is slim pickins in those hours.
 
The balance of players isn't uniform on all servers though. On lothar, the number of alliance players drops drasitcally during school hours, while the number of horde players stays fairly constant.

True I was just making a generalized comment on my experiances from server to server and lan center to center. I'm sure there are mature horde server and chilish AC servers.
 
Deathwing is full of kids all the way around......... im promptly left my 27 mage thier and plan to never return


currently 37 lock over on stormreaver and I find that it's a bit more grown up (atleast on horde side). Only time it gets childish is the usual barrens chat but I think all servers put up with that

General chat is the devil but you'll quickly realize it's the same retarded people talking uselessly in it everytime. =/ I could imagine being a horde on SR with all those faggots from DOP, Digital Marines, and that one other big guild. Gawd awful.
 
Actauly I have no idea who those guilds are lol >.< they horde or alliance?? I only talk to fellow guildies and pretty much solo all my quest (not to hard as a lock )


Yea the server ratio favors the alliance by quite a bit, but In general the alliance in my level range that I've have been rather respectful, If i'm in the middle of a fight or quest action I usualy give the curtosy /bow ands get it in return, That way I can finish what I'm doing or what thier doing befor we go at it


Of course I do get the asses who try and gank me while fighting a mob and at 50% health but usualy I let my pet do his thing with the mob and keep the ganking asshole feared until im done with mob then i regen mp/hp and take care of them ( If I can stick fear or seduction on them the fight is over, just keepem away from me and let dot/curses do thier thing) Or in the even that they out level me by alot 10+ levels (hard to stick dot/spells on them, I hope to god I can fear them and then run like a little girl
