So I talked to Waoud (sp?) and answered wrong paid 1k. It's been 1 RL week and a day since then now and he wont let me talk to him again.
He "but ponders over the mysteries of the universe". Anyone know how I can fix this?

Did you try zoning in and out? I think you have to do that, talk to him after one ingame day, then he'll ask you the questions again.

Yeah that same thing happened to me when I was unlocking BLU. Somehow though it fixed itself just by zoning and kept triing.

I believe he said to get him something from harvesting in Woodlands or Thickets. You might have to harvest something there before you can redo the questions.
