Now, on the other hand. I am a VERY GOOD player and i respect Japanese Players. I Raise III, Powerlevel, Teleport and HELP (which is something a LOT of players from this server forgot to keep doing.
Does the desperate shoutings of /help from a lvl 50 looking for a hand to aquire his ANCIENT PAPYRUS ring any bells?) everyone for FREE! Yes, you heard me right... FREE.
I have heard/seen worse things going on in this game in my years playing it and you dont see me going into FLAMEBOARDS to talk about it.

That comment was NOT about me. You were talking about "one of our members". Who? idk. But your statement at the very end of your 1st post puts very clear that u had an AGENDA against the LS.
3. If your application for BoL was rejected or you are not a good enough player to get invited into a End-Game LS dont try to talk sht about them on FLAMEBOARDS.

No, the driver is held at fault. Happened to me more than once in my fathers car. I was 15, back in the day
, I got pulled over in my Dad's car. I got a ticket for driving w/o a license (only had permit) and my insurance took the hit. Last week my Dad got pulled over in my car speeding. He got the ticket his insurance took the hit. The name on the license and the insurance get the penalty.

I believe he is talking about this scenario...A child is driving their parents car and runs a red light, the driver doesn't get pulled over but there is an intersection camera that snaps a photo of the license plate on the car running the red light. Who gets the ticket? The owner of the car not the child.
No way to prove who was "driving" the car.
