How about: "If you can't be bothered to only care about your own game, don't play."? While we are arguing...sorry DISCUSSING the morality of account buying and selling i may as well throw in my 2 cents.
My main problem with it is as stated before, noobs who buy accounts and don't have even a fraction of a clue as to how to play this 1337 75 job they have at their disposal. I can understand the arguement that they didn't do the work so they don't deserve it but if they have done it already on another server is it fair to make them do it again just because they want to be apart of our community so much? Hell some people even trade in their accounts for a worse character on another server because they want to go there.
If they know what they are doing, they are contributing to the overall good (or pimpness if you prefer
) of our server and they are not an asshole then who is it really hurting by them taking someones old character that they don't want anymore (not going to go into the whole stolen then sold character thing), making it their own and becoming another helpful and good member of our community?
How does them not having to re-do the work that they have previously done on a different server, and thus allowing them to go straight into end game and helping lower levels and such instead of the grind hurt you?
Now of course i just stated the ideal conditions there, obviously not everyone who buys a character will be nice and helpful etc. but is it buying the account that makes them bad or the fact they are an asshole and/or noob? Its not like anyone else is going to use the character.
Of course as previously stated (by Sculli i think...) an MMO isn't rocket science, so a noob can be taught how to play their job regardless of levels; there are so many crap players who gimped it to high levels now that i doubt anyone would notice another for a few weeks/months.
If the person is an asshole then again its just a drop in the bucket, i'm sure that every person here could name at least 5 people they dislike intensly off the top of their heads.
I would just like to point out that i don't believe in gil buying as it is lazy and it can fuck up the economy.

well i trade this account to my councin the one that actually bought it and i lost a few 60s jobs almost 70s and only job past 40 in this name is whm 65 blm is only 34 and got it with only bst and smn unlock

and yes i try starting over but seen how long you just take to get out of dunes and basically have to solo your 10-20 exp to get good exp because pt just get kill there i chose to start up instead of lvl 1

titit is a nie person irl and game re did a ZM for me and now we saticing alot because we get on and hate soloing, true buying an account is wrong but trading an account is not, only if it was when u moved chacters with ojobs and crafts still up lol then there be no flame but who cares she is here and to stay ^^
