"If I work my ass off and Inetech ships a few extra units I don't see an extra dime, which only motivates me to do enough to not get fired."
Dude, I'm feeling this exact way at work today. Eerie because the same quote came directly to mind.
Get outta my head, motley..
As Dowzer has already posted , in this case it not that they are not enforcing a law, it just there is no longer a rule to enforce. SE made holding NM legal. No longer is it a part of the bad conduct list. Mike want the belt and by the sound of it, bds wont show unless there is a claim on the mob so he has to hold till they show.meh... Normally this would piss me off, however its becoming like Jay Walking.... If the law is not enforced is it still the law?
They need to give GMs cash incentives to help out, I know at my first job I got nothing for doing a good job, and as a result I did the minimum expected of me, im sure its the same for them.

No, actually, that isn't what he said. He said you're allowed to hold mobs that rage.
And as I discovered and pointed out in my thread before, the GMs still rag on them because you're exploiting game mechanics to do somthing other than intended. He's circumventing the rage timer, in addition to holding mobs.

I think anyone who is sitting in an office somewhere or doing any sort of job, feels this way... =/ I've done absolutely nothing for aprox. the last 1.5 days worth of work.
Oh wait, I did fill my coffee cup a bunch of times... does that count as work?!?
I thought the Knight crabs raged also.
What constitutes taking advantage of in-game mechanics not intended as normal means of game play?
Some examples would be: using the games' geometry to safely attack a monster without fear of being attacked, or using items repeatedly without affecting the number of items in inventory in order to increase your synthesis skill. If you are unsure whether something is a feature or not, please consult with a GM immediately.
Theres a way around the Knight Crab rage. Just get a new crap after they respawn. You can hold it for a while that way.
