Don't get excited, Rare isn't doing it.
 
and they are putting Daniel Craig in the role of Bond, and they are building it from the ground up.... this does not look appetizing at all.

Daniel Craig is a better bond. But I don't think this will be anywhere near as amazing the original game.

My personal favorite was Timothy Dalton, Peirce was meh for me. I just truely dispise Daniel Craig's interpretation -.-
 
Ill keep my hopes up for this one. The memories are, for lack of a better word, golden when it comes to this game. The many many fun hours of playing 4v4 split screen, screen peeking, and everyone making bee-lines for the Golden Gun, all make me feel warm and fuzzy. Please don't screw this up.
 
the bar is set way too high for this title

it's never going to live up to the original, they should have named it something else

You've never read a Bond book have you? The latest Bond films have been staying true to the books. It's a much more serious spy genre than people think it is. The older movies seemed to focus more on gadgets than actual spying and how Bond develops as a character (especially the Brosnan movies with gadget focus).
 
Uh.. but they can't rename it if it's using the Golden Eye story, can they?
