I recently bought this old SNES game called Brain Lord. It was made by Enix thats why I put it into these forums. Have any of you had experience with this game, so far it seems good to me. It's like Zelda Link to the past. Any of you have comments on this game?

It sounds very familiar. In fact I think I can honestly say that I am 99% sure I beat that game.

From what I remember it was pretty decent.

Cost 18.00$ (US) at a flea market! gogo flea markets my SNES collection is advanceing. I also got Kirby's Dream Course last weekend ^^. Havn't got to play brain lord much, but it is just like Zelda: Link to the Past, except more FF style.

I dont have experience with that game, but...from this link

It says it is similar to ChronoTrigger, Final Fantasy IV, and Zelda: LTTP. SO I was partially right

July 9, 2004 - I got this game back years ago and I LOVED it. It's an excelent puzzle game that always keeps you thinking. But, it's not just puzzles, 75% of it is battles against tough enemies. Don't like the weapon you have? Don't worry, you can buy tons of different weapons like boomerangs, swords, maces, and a lot more. Keep getting killed? You don't have to worry about this, either. you can get a lot of different armor like chain mail, leather, helmets, and increase your HP. If you don't have a lot of time to play then don't get this, it takes HOURS to beat and i'm not exagerating. It took me around 9 or 10 hours to get about 96% through game but then i couldn't find the key to a door and i gave up. Now i got the game again and it seems even better now that i'm really paying attention. For a game meade in 1994 I thinks it's very good. Its a lot like megaman battle network for the GBA. The whole story is set in medieval times and people and dragons were partners until there was a big battle and most of the dragons died and the rest dissapeared and you have to find one, or a lot if theirs still any left (I don't want to ruin that part of the game) and you have to defeat the demon king and save the world.

Maybe that would help you see if it is like the GBA Final Fantasy game you're talking about?
