Finally!! I've been waiting so long for a sequel to this game...

... Watch, a whole slew of "N***a stole my Bike" sites are gonna pop up on YTMND.com soon.

Funny how when Glass Joe got knocked out a whole bunch of Crossiants flew out of him...

(Excerpt from Wikipedia)

Punch-Out!! (パンチアウト!! ,Panchi-Auto!!?) is the title to the next game in the Punch-Out!! series, and it will be a re-imagining of the NES Punch-Out!!, with new and old characters, new moves and a bit of a deeper storyline. It will be developed by Canadian developer Next Level Games and released on the Wii. It was first revealed at Nintendo's conference on October 2, 2008. It is slated for a May 18, 2009 release.

Glass Joe, Von Kaiser, and King Hippo are all shown as opponents of the Minor Circuit, and the boxart shows a new opponent named Disco Kid. In an interview on October 9th, Charlie Scibetta, Senior Director of Corporate Communications for Nintendo of America, confirmed motion control will be used in this game. Nintendo of America announced that NES controls using the Wii Remote on its side will be available. Wii Balance Board support has also been confirmed.

Shigeru Miyamoto, best known for his work in the Mario and Zelda series, will serve as the game's producer.

Lovin' the music :D

Awesome, can't wait to play it.

That was such a great game back in the days.

Reginald VelJohnson, lol.

Funny. My Dad bears a striking resemblance to Doc Louis / Reginald VelJohnson / Carl Winslow ... I've tried to get him to get on his Bicycle with his favorite red shirt on to take a picture of him...

My Dad caught on to my shenanigans however and was about to do a Punch-Out!! of his own on my face.

My Dad didn't want to consent to being the laughingstock of the internet. Even if it was all in good fun and in homage to a great game.

Awesome!! I <3 PUNCH OUT!!
Going to get me a copy of this game; no doubt!! ^_^

The game is out today, enjoy.

Fun game, me and my friend attended the NYC Punch-out tournament at the Nintendo Store, they were giving away pink hoodies and free copies of the game. I love the character animations for some boxers, the game's art direction was a smart move.

Wish it was a little longer, not that many boxers, and most of them have fairly easy patterns, espicially if you played the original version, you'll remember almost all the same tactics still apply here. It's a great rental at the moment, but just too short for full price.
