Just wanted to say first and foremost.....
Congratulations to BreakofDawn on our first Kirin kill!!!!!!
I know it may not be exciting to some of you veteran sky runners, but for this fairly new sky shell (I'd say 3-4 months old), it's very exciting news. We had our first Kirin pop / kill on Tues 12/2. We had MORE than enough people showing up, and took down Kirin with little to no difficulty. Sure we died a few times to his little mini boss pets, but it was our first run as a shell and I'd say the teamwork was great! In the end though, Kirin went down in and we got N-Body, Kirin's Osode, Shining Cloth, and I'm not sure of the other stuff. (sorry I dont have any SS's since i play on a PS3 so I can't SS my chat logs..i know i know ..FAIL...sorry, but if any BoD members have any SS's please contribute!)
So.... Congratulations to Reiyn (that's ME!) on N-Body and Hayss or was it Hyas?? (sorry!!) on KO!!!
Brings me to our next event...our first DM run as a shell.
A few members of the shell needed DM done, and I need the reacquisition (I wanted to swap my Bushin for a Suppa). Teppo was even nice enough to let one of my Social LS-mates run with us since he needed DM done. I had my moonlight ore key item and my ark pentasphere ready for our DM run last night (12/4). Little did the shell know, I was the ONLY one who had a pentasphere!
Here I was always trained to always bring at least 2-3 pentaspheres for a guaranteed win, but we only had one!!! Some members of the shell were skeptical since we only had 1 run to make this work, but luckily the 18 who were doing DM kept a positive attitude. We enter and take AA TT down fairly fast with me keeping Evoker's Roll and Wizard's Roll on our BLMS. Then we went after AA MR and her little mandy, Zale got charmed (lolZale) but it didn't phase us. We wiped once after AA MR was down, waited for AA GK, HM, and EV to move back to their circle, then we got up, nuked and bum rushed GK and his pet, and then bum rushed EV, and killed HM with ease.
Congratulations to all those who needed the DM earring or were getting a new one, and THANK YOU to those who helped.
Just wanted to say THANK YOU also to Teppo, Darkfelicity and Vandoura for leading such a great shell, considering it's new with first time sky runners as well as returning sky runners. You guys are great, keep it up!!!!
Note: I'll try and get some SS's to add them in here
