So i'm out in the jungles during the night trying to get out of that green hell (which I did, thank you everyone) when something odd happens. I've just logged in, and set myself LFG in Kahzam when this Mithra THF comes up to me with her LFG flag on and examines me.

WTF i'm thinking. So I do a /sea on her. Lvl 30... no subjob. Ooo kay, I turn down invite. Five seconds later, she invites again. I turn down. Invites again. I turn down. By this point, I'm getting on a Chocobo to go out to Elshemo Highlands, and she invites again.

Me << NO.
And Decline invitation.

While I am riding out to the jungle, she invites 3 more times. Sending me finally an incomprehensible tell that looked something like this.

Breezer >> we4 join party

While riding I attempt to explain why, for the dozenth some odd time, I am saying no.

Me << First off, you have no sub job. Second off, you are rude
Me << and third, I've declined your invite

..... and then /blist add Breezer

.... amazingly she then tried to invite me to her party 3 more times.

And then.. I saw her and another subjobless 30 in a party.... for well over 2 hours. What the hell????

If you see this fool, tell her, as I did, that she needs a subjob. And the same goes for the lvl 30 WAR with no subjob in the jungle who I left lfg for an hour while my party had only 5 members. That sort of crap just doesnt cut it.

fyi, there is a glitch in the system that makes it so you can make your subjob disappear. there is a high lvl blm that does it all the time. cant think of his name at the moment but the person is over lvl 67.
careful that you dont assume something because of no subjob unless their rank is like 1 or 2
 
... I know there is a glitch with that.

But why would ANYONE over 18 be out leveling without a subjob?

The point is, even if they have a subjob, and aren't using it, its still hurting themselves and any party they are in.

no its not shoa...its someone else. and demora. its not that they are lvling without a sub, from what i have heard, the sub is there, you just dont see it
 
there are quite a few out there that do that at high levels just to fuck with people like us.

I have seen a MNK, SAM, and BLM do that personally but also have heard of more.

That sounds very cool. How does one hide theri SJ? I wouldn't mind being a lvl 75 rdm no sj on search^^ Jumps out, that's for sure.
 
It takes a while and I have only done it successfully one time.

You have to keep switching very fast select a sub job that is listed next to your Main that you want.

Switch to Main then VERY QUICKLY switch your subjob to the same thing it takes perfect timing and quick hands but it is possible.

also keep in mind this is a glitch so its not something that just regularly happens, you have to "confuse" it so to speak.

i have heard of a few people that choose to not get the subjob items. it would make it hard to find a party i'm sure but it definately adds something (by taking away i guess). anyway i have a second char that i have choosen to do this with. just for a lark.
