Burned

Oh damn, I hope you're doing ok Fire.

I had hot coffee spilled on me when I was 5, I haven't forgotten that either. I have some oil burns on my arms from cooking. Stupidly I've also burned myself ironing or curling/straightening my hair. My mother had extreme oil burns on her hands when she was younger, and ended up getting skin grafts on both hands.

I won't even cook bacon anymore, because I'm afraid of getting burned. ><

I smell a bit of irony, or is that just your eye, HA

Just kiddin' ^^ hope you get better soon and have a quick recovery. I get burned tones at work. Considering I work at a deep fryer for about 5-6 hours a night; and work near a extremely hot oven, I usually get at least one burn a night.

But one again, get well soon and hope you have better luck deep frying in the future =)

Well guys when I posted this it looked like I just got the shit kicked out of me in a fight. Right now it looks like I got in a fight and potentially won. Most of my face was all fucked up but now it's just my right shoulder, right ear and a circular bruise on my right forehead with a 4 inch diameter.

Just shows how fucked up my face was though that over 2 weeks later people are still asking me, "what the hell happened to you?"

Thanks for the encouragement though people, all I need now is to screw on my courage helmet and deep fry some beer battered chicken.

How's the vision..? >_>

When I was really young, just learning to walk, I pulled a pot of hot coffee on myself. I was too young to remember it, but I've got a skin graft over the entire top of my left foot. I think I still remember some of it subconsciously, as one or two things related to the event still make me a little sick. (Though not coffee, ironically, I love the smell of coffee...) Hopefully it all heals over well, this sort of thing sucks...
