We've all experienced or will experience a police enounter of some sort sometime in our lives. A lot of police can be very manipulative and take advantage of most people knowing that they don't know all of their rights allowing them to do things they wouldn't normally be able to do if those people did know their rights.

This is a nice little educational video teaching you some of your rights during police encounters that you might not know about and also gives some great advice on how to act during police encounters.

It's about 45 minutes long but definately worth the watch. =)

I've been stopped before by the police for a traffic violation.
Its good to know you don't have to consent to things.
Just simply, get your ticket and move on.

I definitely recommend everyone having a look at this video.
Although the cops in the movie are total jackasses, believe it or not; real cops are the same way.

The reality is that the police are not the defenders of truth and justice.
They are just simply looking to bust someone, and make good commission.
The sad part is, most of the people they do incriminate are innocent; and then we end up with a dirty record.
